I ordered a family tray for pickup on 5/5. I hadn't visited this location before, and it's been quite a while since having Moe's at all. The place looked deserted when I came at 5:30 for my order. The C rating on the door must have been the reason. I'd already paid for my meal, so I wasn't going to just leave it. We ate and lived to tell about it. No adverse effects, and no foreign substances in the food. The food was good, but eating in fear spoiled the day. Hence, the 3 stars.

Employees are not putting enough queso on nachos. Ridiculous to pay that much for nachos and it barely have cheese on it. In my over a decade of eating regularly at moes. I've never received nachos that look barren. I hope it's just this owner who has become so cheap and not the chain itself. Either way go back to 2 scoops of queso on nachos.

We got the fajita kit and LOVED IT! But I can't say enough great things about Alicia. She went above and beyond for me, even helping me out to my car because I use a walker and would have had trouble carrying my order to my car. So, just a shout out to you Alicia! Thank you so much!

Bro, the staff member at the front counter as soon as I walked in was straight up picking her nose and then went right back to the display screen. I turned around and walked out.

I ordered 2 kids burritos. According to the board they were 5.99 each one was a regular & one was veggie because they were not being eaten at the time of purchase.I asked for them to be put separately . Does the kids burrito not come automatically with at least one meet. Because I was charged extra for the Birria .99 & 1.59 for a pinch of Bacon . When I questioned the charge for the mount of bacon, she said that's just our policy asked to speak to a management She notified me she was and there was nothing she could do. Only my second visit. Now my last.

Our lunch started with not being greeted walking in, we were asked what we wanted only for the girl to walk away right after. Then a guy walked up with an attitude that you not only could see but feel and huffed and puffed and also walked away throwing gloves and throwing the box all around. He finally came back and completed our orders. There was a manager on site and she was complaining about lack of staff right along with the staff but also said she had 6 interviews coming. The guy was cussing and carrying on and finally left. The amount of unprofessionalism was unreal. There was a group of 5 behind us that refused to even complete their orders due to the environment. This was by far the worst experience I’ve had at this location ever.
