It’s incredible!The owners are great people and the staff served us very well.Play some games while you wait or as you enjoy your ice cream or hang around after your ice cream is gone. The ice cream was great! The staff were super friendly and helpful for our first visit, they even helped accommodate my girlfriends special order. The restaurant was very clean and neatly kept, and the game area had plenty to play. We will definitely be adding this to our date night rotation!

The concept is interesting enough: There's no pre-made ice cream. Servers pour liquid nitrogen, cream and whatever flavors/ingredients you select into a mixing bowl and a Kitchenaid Mixer makes it into ice cream. One, the process TAKES A LONG TIME even if there's no backlog of orders. Given how long each order takes, you can likely count on a backlog. We waited over 20 minutes for 4 ice creams in a mostly empty store. Two, in the end you're just getting plain white cream frozen very quickly via liquid nitrogen, with whatever ingredients they put in to flavor it. Making, say, super premium, smooth chocolate ice cream by tossing cocoa powder into cream doesn't produce a guaranteed good outcome. Out of the 4 of us, no one thought the end result came anywhere close in flavor to any major brand of store-bought ice cream. Cute, interesting, but go somewhere you can try a taste of the end result before ordering.

Hi everyone, I wish I could share a great story about a great local Ice cream shop, however I can't. We entered and spoke with young lady making ice creams, we waited a bit and while we were on the side of the counter another younger lady attends to a family that just walked in, the family recognized we were there first and graciously said "go ahead we're undecided". Ok so we wait at a table for about a half an hr and lo and behold the Ice creamer calls out this families order ! so I asked "what happened to my order ?" the younger girl speaks out "they were in front of you" I asked her "did you miss the part we're they allowed us to order first ? the order that you took ? she replies, "yeah but they we're first !!!" at which point I asked for refund, I was so frustrated because I wanted to treat my family to ice cream and patronize a local business here in Anderson. I didn't see an adult or owner, If the owner reads this, I would suggest to train your staff and watch you investment closer. Again, I'm sorry, just wanted an Ice cream.

To the owner, everything I stated is true, I don’t us harsh language with anyone, nor did I raise my voice and would never do so with a woman. What you’re sources witnessed in regards to “throwing” money back was me giving back the coins and also letting them keep the original gratuity because the maker wasn’t at fault, it was the mindless young lady. Now if you don’t want to accept your reality that’s fine, it’s your investment, if you would like me to come over and further discuss this in everyone’s presence I would be open to it, I’m available Sat morn n afternoon, you have taken a defensive approach to a situation that you weren’t present for, I’m a business man and an a man of God I stand on my word. Again if you want to meet I would be open to it, if not enjoy your Christmas and I will pray for Gods light on your business.

This is such a fun place to hang out. They have an awesome arcade, foosball, shuffle board, plenty of in door & out door seating, and the ice cream is the creamiest I’ve ever had! It’s super cool to watch them make it fresh right in front of you. The Chicago style hot dogs are delicious and they even have a gluten free bun option.

This place is amazing! Making fresh ice cream right in front of you! The banana pudding ice cream is to die for! All the flavors are great! Yes we've tried them all!Services is always great and friendly. If they are busy you may have to wait, but the game room in the back will keep you entertained while you wait!

We visited the factory for the first time a week ago. When you enter, there's a table to the left with order sheets you fill out which saves time at the counter deciding what you want. It's really nice when you have a family of 5 to order for. The ice cream tastes super fresh and the process entertains the kids while they wait. Banana pudding is out of this world

This place is just what downtown Anderson needed! Such friendly staff, great location, welcoming atmosphere, and the best ice cream you have ever tasted!! So many options to choose from. There is also a huge game room with some old school and some new games that are fun for everyone in your family or group. You will not be disappointed! The ice cream is so rich and flavorful without being overly sweet. Our new favorite place!!
