I usually call to place a pick up order but today when I called, the lady answered and when I started speaking, she hung up on me. When I tried calling back, it sent me to voicemail 3 times. This place used to be really good about customer service but over the years, service has just declined terribly. Please do better.

One word…. Slow. I live right down the street and have tried this place multiple times. Food is good. Ice cream is really good. But service is 0/5. Speed is 0/10. Ran by young kids with no adults in sight. And it shows. I wish this place was ran better because it really is good!
Update- went back. It took a hour for 1 meal. Never again.

We have been here a few times. Our parents love the malt milkshakes. We were waiting for our food last night and as a restaurant manager I was appalled by the cleaning practices we were watching in front of our eyes. I plan to speak to management before sharing the pictures we took. We'll never eat here again.

Ordered food to go yesterday afternoon one of my cheeseburger plates was supposed to have only mustard it had nothing on just dry and my other cheeseburger plate was supposed to be chili mayo and onions it had 3 tomatoes and a bunch of lettuce on it very dissatisfied
