The service was great. The food was... mediocre. This is not unusual for O'Charley's. I've been to this location once. Other locations (Greenville) multiple times, hoping that the next time would be better, and... it wasn't. Save your money, and go elsewhere.

We stopped regular for lunch. I know they had troubles with finding good help. One waitress we always ask for had many years there. Stopped for lunch. Sign on door closed permanently. No warning no explanation. Sad Anderson SC has lost several places of business since Covid and others have gone down hill.

Two of us for dinner. My husband received his meal in a reasonable amount of time. After about 10 minutes passed. Our server came by to see if we were OK...didn't notice I had no food. When I asked about it, she went to check on it. I got my entree 15 minutes after that. I got an apology from the server, but nothing more.Dietary restrictions: Nit would be helpful to identify Gluten-free items on the menu.

The food was tasty and hot! My server Virginia was phenomenal!!!!! She took on so many tables at once with a pleasant smile. Kathy also stopped to make sure our visit was pleasant. I'll be back, probably on a Thursday.

Went for dinner tonight with my husband and we absolutely enjoyed it. Food was good and the service was even better! Everything was cooked right and came out hot and in a timely matter. Can’t wait to go back!

Our food was disgusting. We ordered seafood plates. The best thing was the french fries. The waiter was horrible. He was slacking off so bad he left us alone most of the time we were there. Our food came out before our appetizer cause he forgot we had ordered it. It took him forever to refill our drinks as well. Definitely not going back.

Forgot to make a review last week. People always forget to make GOOD reviews. But I had dinner last Saturday night here during my visit to Anderson and it was really good. Food was hot, service was good. A manager even stopped by the table to see how things were going.

Within the last month, I have visited this location and the service has been terrible. After being ignored for what seems like forever when I walked in, one of the waitress walked right passed me, didn't acknowledge me or anything to help some other people that came in after me. She never can back to see if I was helped nothing. Then once someone did come like 10 mins later they went in the kitchen and never came back. Then today called to place a order and noone pickup after 10 mins on line. Walked in and it's like they have a restaurant with a great deal of customers but not enough people working. Towels left on table throughout the restaurant, dirty dishes fill the tables after customers have long gone. No one basically on the floor working. I understand times are hard and help is hard to come by but it's ridiculous how things have gotten there!
I recently had lunch there and I had my 2 yr old grandchild with me. She is very loud and a very picky eater. Our waitress, I think her name was Kristine, was absolutely wonderful! She went above and beyond to make that child happy! The super nice manager,a tall young man, even came over to play with her! In my opinion the food is always great and we eat there often but that day will always be my favorite experience there!

Stopped by after a movie on a Sunday @7:00pm, wasn’t too busy, they seated us right away. Yeast rolls and butter were fresh and hot. I ordered medium well sirloin and fried shrimp. Steak cooked perfectly and so were the shrimp. Service was fantastic. Highly recommended.

Our server was outstanding. Paula was well versed on the menu selections and was extremely efficient. She was able to multi-task effectively without neglecting any of the customers with whom she was working. We hope to see her when we visit again.

The salad looked amazing but the chicken was reheated, dried out, to hard to even chew, possibly too long in the microwave. The tabletops are sticky from age is my guess. The yeast rolls were great and just out of the oven, as we did wait for those!

Had a wonderful experience, especially for a Friday night! It was packed but our waitress Angie was absolutely amazing! She substituted everything we asked for and everything came out just right in good timing! We never went without drink or anything & there was 6 of us! She is such a blessing with such a positive personality!
