Pay attention! Some of the waitresses will try and add a large tip especially for take out orders. If you bring it up to a certain manager, he may act like a tuff guy. Great food, good service but some of the wait staff at bar are running a scam on tips.

This restaurant has a wait list you can join on their web page, that does not add you to a wait list. I visited this location and still waited 35 minutes past my wait list time. Why offer the online check in if you are still waiting when you get there? I do not recommend this place.

The lady that ceded us today was very kind and friendly. The young man that waited on us as well was very kind friendly helpful. Thank you so much.We enjoyed our lunch honestly, I didn't pay attention to the wait time so it couldn't have been bad i will say one thing I asked for the sauce on the side, and the lady that brought the food out. Walked away before I could finish my sentence to go. Get the sauce which was nice. But then she brought it back in her thumb was at the edge of the overfilled container of sauce that was my only complaint

Server was very nice, but after waiting 40 minutes for my lunch I had to leave. Probably best to eat here for dinner.
We used to frequent this Outback because it was one of the few franchises around that kept the place up. They used to keep the bar really clean and the bathrooms were pretty clean as well. However the last few visits in the previous 6 months have not been very good.
The bathrooms have been disgusting the last few times, the floors are filthy and the bar is always sticky. I have continuously had to request new silverware as they would look like they were barley rinsed off and glasses have had lipstick marks.
It's just not going to work for us. Cleanliness is the number one thing that people want to see when they spend money to go out to eat. We dont want to make out with the last person who used that glass and if you cannot keep your bathrooms lean then what does your kitchen look like?!. Your bathrooms should always be sparkling clean if you're to expect us to think that you keep your kitchen in a decent state.

I typically don’t leave less-than-stellar reviews, but after several visits to this Outback location, I feel compelled to share my experience. I kept coming back hoping things would improve, thinking maybe the last visit was just an off day, but unfortunately, the issues seem to be part of a pattern.
The service has been inconsistent, and the quality of the food has noticeably declined over time. Not sure if there’s been a change in suppliers or kitchen staff, but something feels off. The flavors aren’t what they used to be, and some dishes just lack the freshness and care that I expect from this brand.
Outback has always been a go-to for a reliable meal, but this location in particular needs to step it up. I hope to see improvements because I do enjoy what Outback can be when it’s done right
