Husband And I's First Time Every Trying We Were Excited. Cashier Was Pleasant. Food Was Ready Fast. But Cold. I Got A Sandwich Witch Steak. Need Less To Say It Tasted Like A Package Micro Waved Dollar General Sandwich. Husband Got Bacon Mac And Cheese Bowl. Freezing Cold. Small Pieces Of Ice. And Said The Bacon Did Not Taste Like Bacon. I Hope All Of The Panera Breads Are Not Like This One. Also Most Of The Tables Were Dirty. Floor Dirty.

I’ve never left a negative review but I ordered a garden avocado and egg white sandwich and got this…gross. Made with wrong bread and someone knowingly put that nasty looking avocado on there and thought it was just fine.

Very nice location with lots of parking and the staff is really nice. I made my purchase and I was short by a few cents,when I said I would go to my car to get it ,the cashier reached in her pocket and took care of it. You don't see that anymore, thumbs up to the staff.

This is one of my favorite spots for quick, relatively healthy food. I frequently order delivery, which means higher menu pricing, delivery fees and tips. The food is usually okay, but order inaccuracy is a persistent issue. To be fair, customer care sometimes credits a few bucks a day or so later for the mishaps if I complain through the app. However, I’d much prefer to enjoy my meal the way (and on the day) I ordered it.

I loved eating here, but I just don’t know if I can return. This is the second time I have come here and had an employees facial hair in my food, I’m not gonna post the name of the employee, but she’s been there both times. One time we were dining in, and this time it was a Togo order. I now get a little nauseous when I think about eating here.
