We only went through the drive thru but it was quick and easy, I ordered a sandwich and soup and was made great. The cheddar and broccoli soup is probably the best!!!! I will definitely be back.

This place has went downhill. Food doesn't taste the same. I had a clump of (brown)avocado on my sandwich , which they should've sliced, my Greek salad had brown lettuce and look as if it was just thrown together quickly.

So I ordered a half of the chicken bacon rancher sandwich and well I have not tried it yet but it is actually 1/4 of a sandwich it was originally round and cut into 1/4s idk why I am angry with it except for paying $10 for a tiny 1/4 of a sandwich can't be 1/2 with two cuts can it I hope it at least taste good I'm not really hungry so idk why I am so pissed at least try to make it look like a half how hard is that for you to do
Went this week to eat at Panera. I was disappointed to say the least. First off, the cashier (I don’t believe it was Carol as it was a younger girl) was rude and not helpful. She answered our questions short and hurried and didn’t even give us a buzzer to know if our food was ready. Then, when we got our food, both my wife’s Bacon Mac & cheese and my bacon Mac & cheese did not have the Bacon on it…. I had to go back up and get them to put bacon back on both of them. Then when we got to the table my wife’s Mac & cheese was cold and she had to reheat it herself in the microwave. The last straw was when I ate my mac & cheese and mixed in was a piece of what I assume to be from the packaging the Mac & cheese came in. NOT what you want to find in your food. Sharing this with the community as I’m hopeful this Panera location will get it together, and the public won’t have to deal with this.

I absolutely love the food. BUT the portions of soup when you dine in versus the drive-thru are significantly different for the same price. If you dine in, you get a large bowl of soup(almost the size of the Togo group soup) but if you order the same order at the drive-thu they dive you a very small bowl of soup for the same price as what you pay inside an get more. AND if you want the same amount of soup(u get inside) At the drive-thu. You have to pay over $20 for the to go group soup. It's frustrating to say the least.
Panera has the best breakfast sandwich, it is so delicious. I buy the sausage, egg and cheese on an asiago cheese bagel. OMG! They also have a great choice of pastries. Coffee is good too.
