Ordered a pizza from them with no contact delivery, the driver did not knock on the door to let me know it was there, I didn’t receive a text either but that’s not the main problem here. The main problem is the driver thought it would be smart to leave a XL pizza on a 2in x2in little podium on a windy day. I called and asked for a redelivery or a refund for the knocked over pizza, the 19 year old manager “Nate” didn’t handle it maturely or responsibly, refused to give me a refund or a redelivery, my pizza actually fell on the side opened and the pizza was on the porch. I’ve never had a problem with this location before but “Nate” is clearly not manager material as he had an attitude. I also have my living room camera confirming there was no knock heard on the door. I filed a complaint with corporate. I wouldn’t recommend this place again, especially under “Nate” and this particular delivery drivers presence. They refuse to own up to the responsibility. Judge from the pictures yourself and see if it was a smart call on the delivery guys part ?♀️

Ordered a carry out pie and was told 15-20min arrived in about 25 asked where is my pie was told yes sir we're getting ready to start it now! So glad l told them I'd pay when I got it. To bad we were really wanting a pizzaThey really showed me how they earned their 1.5 star rating they have on Yelp.

My experience at this location, started off good and then I started getting warm pizza, bad attitude from the management that night and no refund. So, I stopped ordering from that location.
Called local store to order but manager wouldn't take order. Then he hung up on me. Called back and was out on hold for over an hour until they hung up after closing. Called district next day n she was super nice offered free meal. Meal was good so I hope they fire that manager, ordered again from this ace didn't even get egAt I ordered and paid for called store no return call nothing got ripped off and guy on phone was very rude
I'd recommend buying pizza somewhere else as these prices are ridiculous for how little you get.Staff is Fast Food Oriented so expect fast food like service,Delivery is always a hassle especially if it's not through An App.
