Horrible! We ordered two pizzas on 6/29/2024 - a Pepperoni Pizza and a cheese pizza with extra cheese. The Pepperoni Pizza literally looked like someone had scraped the cheese off a good percentage of the Pizza. This is NOT what we expected when we paid for our Pizza. Will not be ordering from here again! Smh.

Why the heck should I schedule a pick up if no one bothers to come to the drive thru? They see me because they keep looking over. This is ridiculous my food was cold because of their lack of leadership.

A place to never return to. Never. It was the first time I entered this place. Dirty, you can see marks on everything. We waited 40 minutes for our order. When we got home we opened the boxes and we were missing a paid order of Garlic knots. We paid $60 for everything. The vegetarian pizza was very underbaked, semi-raw. Overall, everything was a disappointment. I do not recommend this pizzeria. We have not claimed the order we were missing. It seemed very shabby to me.
I have had alot of interactions in the last year with this location between personal orders & regularly picking up orders for my courier job. I regularly had issues with extensive wait times & would often be frustrated to even get dispatched to this location, but I wanted to acknowledge that I have noticed great improvement in this area. I especially want to shine light on the male that often works in the drive thru, I’m not sure if it’s due to his diligence necessarily, but when I see him answer to the window I know ill have the order within 2 min & leave pleased. Not sure if there’s been adjustments made due to complaints but just wanted to acknowledge that the improvements are noticed by customers.
