I called in an order for my family and I, and picked it up at the restaurant. Turns out the charge an 18% “gratuity” fee on orders over 5 plates, with no option to change or opt out. After all that they also got my order wrong.

First time eating here. Ordered the Pollo Loco with no beans. It was amazingly delicious. However, next time, I'll ask for extra mushrooms and spinach. Wait time to get our food wasn't bad at all. Friendly customer service.

First time for Papas and Beer. All around wonderful. Our server was fantastic and helpful. We went with a variety of tacos and they were top notch! Thank you guys!! See you soon!
