Usually love this place but the two girls working there at the time were unpleasant and kinda just sucked at their job. The bottom half of my cup was just ice. Why bother working at a snow cone place if you’re going to be rude to people for ordering snow cones? Gave 3 stars still because the majority of their employees do their jobs well, but that made me not want to return.
My family & I typically visit Pelicans every other week, all have been great experiences! However we came by today & there was a younger girl working at the front who was eating chips while making snowcones & handing them out the window. In the middle of taking our order she cut me off while I was talking to ask the other girl a personal question, made comments about how busy it was while rolling her eyes. Our grandson LOVES Pelican and all the flavors of their snowcones! They are always so patient as it takes a 4-1/2 year old a little time to choose! I'm a big fan as well!!! Can't wait to introduce our baby granddaughter to Pelican.
