“After not visiting Pizza Hut for some time due to lack of service & subpar food, we decided to try again. Went in on Saturday, October 12, 2024 around 6:30PM for dinner. Was greeted, seated & placed our order. The new server, KRYSTAL, was pleasant, friendly & the service was spot on. She checked on us & made sure everything was just right. I cannot believe the difference in our experience! It was seriously the best service we’ve had at the Greenville Street location. We will definitely be back!“
“They had an issue where all the orders that morning had been cancelled. They were upfront, honest, and professional about what had happened. They put a rush on my order and gave me a couple of dollars off for the inconvenience.The way they handled the situation deserves more than 5 stars.“
