The staff are very rude and lazy every time I went in there they was either on there phones or talking bad about how they don’t even like to work there . I heard them talking bad about another employee while his family was there. Very UNPROFESSIONAL and the waiting area is always full with only 1 or 2 people making pizza while the woman sit around on the phones …

Ok. This pizza hut usually has pretty darn good pizza. That being said my order tonight, was absolutely terrible. 😞 It was the new thin crust, and it was supposed to be "thin and crispy" and it was so "crispy" on the outside edge I think I broke a tooth. In contrast the middle of the pizza you needed a spoon to eat. And the smell of whatever spice they drowned it in, literally turned my stomach. To top it off, I tried to call the store about it 4 TIMES AND GOT HUNG UP ON EVERYTIME.

Ordered food at 5:53 on 10/31. At the time of Order said was a 40 minute wait. Sounds good! At 7:31 I call to check status. Told waiting for driver to deliver. Got sent to 4 people before someone actually told me what was going on. At 7:54 after waiting for 2 hours. I called canceled requesting refund. Got transferred to 3 people finally the 3rd person siad will get refund. Now we wait to see if I actually get my money back.

I called in for delivery they charged my card 4 different times and after they did that I paid cash for delivery keep in mind it was a $105.00 for my order. so that was $420.00 off my card and when they finally got my order delivered it was wrong so now I got over $400 out of my bank account and my order was not correct over an hour on the phone with this place just to order pizza worst experience of my life with delivery
One of the worse pizza huts we have been to! Only one that's worse than this one is the one on old Greenville hwy in Anderson. The pizza was bland with no taste & falling apart and breadstciks had no seasoning on at all, the Buffalo wings were barely coated in the sauce and burnt as well. Definitely wouldn't suggest this place to anyone. Staff was kind enough but other than that it's not great at all, especially for that price point they charge.

We ordered the big box family meal. And 2 more pizzas. Once we got everything inside from the delivery driver we noticed one pizza was missing. I called the store and told them what happened. Not only did he have and attitude but I was placed on hold for 15 minutes with no one coming back to the phone I called back only for them to not answer.
