Customer service was indeed horrible! Store manager could not tend to customers due to the fact that she was being berated by her superior. Other employees were doing their best to retrieve customers orders in spite of the chaos.

Ron the night manager was disrespectful and rude to my bf this is the same manager who took my money in December and he refused to deliver my order. I ordered a $66 order with wings and two pizza. The wings had very little sauce, and the meatlovers pizza was no pepperoni, add pineapple, no marinara, bbq for sauce
Krystal is a great manager. She’s super friendly and makes her customers smile. We enjoy visiting her.

I ordered thru the Pizza Hut app not knowing that DoorDash would be delivering my order until after I had paid. Tracked my food until the driver was in the neighborhood and received a text stating the DoorDash driver had handed me my food but I never seen the driver nor received my food. I called Pizza Hut and was told to call the driver but the number used was no longer available. And Pizza solution was to send another driver out but I said no. And ended up going to pickup the order myself. No compensation for my troubles or even saying I am sorry. All I received was it wasn’t Pizza Hut fault.

Order wings mozzarella and fries I got charged for “all”
Wings were fine never got the mozzarella sticks. I got literally 10 fries in a box that look like they’ve been sitting at the bottom of the fry bin So I tried to call customer service I got sent to the Pizza Hut store and I waited and waited and waited until no one answered. Tried to call again and waited and waited. No one answered so I just wasted my money tonight. Thank you Pizza Hut
