After not visiting Pizza Hut for some time due to lack of service & subpar food, we decided to try again. Went in on Saturday, October 12, 2024 around 6:30PM for dinner. Was greeted, seated & placed our order. The new server, KRYSTAL, was pleasant, friendly & the service was spot on. She checked on us & made sure everything was just right. I cannot believe the difference in our experience! It was seriously the best service we’ve had at the Greenville Street location. We will definitely be back!

Visited this location, for the first time today. Drove several miles, and right by several other pizza places.. only to find them CLOSED at 12:45.
Management, please don’t respond with some cookie cutter, copied and pasted, generic response. Just fix your issues. Thanks

The cinnamon bites were hard and not good, our pizzas were cold and we rode on to get them after I ordered it so how were they cold, it was a pepperoni and supreme and our bread sticks were not seasoned with any spices like all pizza huts do nor was it cut, it was a large piece of crusty bread and no breadstick sauce, pathetic, and we won’t be returning there again, to many other adequate pizza establishments we can go to, not to mention, we went to the drive-through and they asked if we want to add a tip, no thank you!!!

They were out of toppings you like on our pizza ie; mushrooms. Wait time to pick up the pizza was 35 minutes, however the pizza still was not ready at expected time. The doors to the interior of the restaurant were locked. They were taking orders at the pickup window which delayed picking up our pizza even more. It was an hour wait.

My pizza was delivered. It was not what I ordered . I called the store and tried to get an answer. I was placed on hold each time. After the 3rd time being put on hold for 10 minutes, I hung up and called back. I was told that the manager was not available, and none of the 4 people I spoke to had any answers for me. The 4th person I spoke to said she needed to send my information to corporate, who would then call their store manager, who would then contact me. Nobody ever called me.

They have only one good server and we went for a birthday party on Sat. Our one server couldn’t handle 8 people. We didn’t get the good one .
We got our last order when everyone was done. I had to get refills. When we were leaving I saw the good server come in who knows us and our drink order. ( Dang it). Spend 115 on meal. If you come looking for the salad DO
NOT. It is not very well stocked all. They need more menus as well. Why do they only have 7 menus?

Never heard of a pizza place charging for Parmesan and red pepper. That is obscene. Service was fine at the pickup window except for trying to charge me for a packet of red pepper. Will not be back to any Pizza Hut that can’t give a loyal paying customer parm and pepper with their pizza. The Hut has been out pizza’d by any other place at this point.

I placed my order for 5 pizzas 30 minutes before I arrived.
When I got to the restaurant, I was told that my order was not done and that it would be about 8 minutes. I paid for my food but got no receipt.
I was told to park and they would be brought out. I parked and 10 minutes later I decide to go inside.
The doors were locked.
I drove back to window.
I waited over ten minutes more and finally got all my COLD pizzas.
Checked to see if they were at least what l ordered....
EVERY. SINGLE. PIZZA WAS WRONG!!! Besides being wrong, they had hardly any toppings! but the doors were locked so no going in to fix it and now no one would come to the window either...

Ordered a Chicago Tavern pizza well done, it wasn't, in fact, it was cool, not even warm. Next, the pizza wasn't cut, at all, not one slice mark on pizza. Great service. $25 on a cold pizza that wasn't even sliced. Will not order again or stop in. MARCOS RULES.

Placed an order from here on DoorDash ordered 70 dollars with of food and got delivered the wrong order. Called the E. Greenville Street store to see if it was just missed placed and we could come pick up the order and called three different times after being on hold to finally get a manager on the phone and they all sounded lost and unprofessional and couldn’t locate my order. Not very satisfied with this type of service!!!
