Order online for take out when I got there I was told 5mins 20mins later I asked about my order they said they had to remake it come to find out they NEVER made it and was told it'd be another 15 mins. Store is trash dont go here

Waited over an hour. The? First girl waited about thirty minutes , then left for the delivery. Our food was supposed to be delivered at four forty five and it was 6:03 when delivered super cold! And I mean cold!!!! And the crust does not have the garlic butter that was requested... Charge me full price a little over an hour later and not everything that we wanted and super cold! the costumer service in this location is horrible!!!! they barely speak to you !!! the barely acknowledge anybody in the restaurant !!! They take two days to come out and take anybody’s order that sitting at a table !!! and it’s like this EVERYTIME !!!

Went 3 times in about a week, front door was filthy, the staff was dressed sloppy and had the same aura about them. The place was filthy and disgusting, including the front counter, register, payment pad and all. Visible water puddles in the kitchen and scum everywhere On one of the days there was even water leaking from the ceiling right next to the buffet. The place looked like it hadn't been cleaned in ages and no one seemed to care at all. Last time I went in, it was so disgusting it looked like a Petrie dish. I ended up throwing the pizza away because it was gross and didn't taste safe to eat. Made a complaint on the website and received no follow up. Too bad because it's the most convenient place to get a pie, but too unhealthy to risk it.

on 07-13-2025 i walked in to pizza hut on east greenville st and at first it was going well i came to get one thing i was wanted to get some cheese sticks and i’ve been wanting for a hour so i asked one of the staff members that were in the front was my food ready and so she went to the kitchen to see if it was she told me they haven’t even started on it then one of the cooks “Q” came up and started yelling at the young lady that was serving me and was screaming at her in my face and other customers and PIZZA HUT NEEDS TO GET HIM THAT HONESTLY RUINED MY EXPERIENCE FOR PIZZA HUT I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK

Horrible customer service. The store was not open on time and I was told when I went to the drive-thru and sat there that no food was ready. If I could give 0 stars on the service I would. The place should be ashamed of the customer service it provides. This wasn't the first time that it wasn't open on the scheduled time either.

I bought a pizza and it looks like they used a recycled cinnamon stick to make the pizza from. I almost had a bad allergic reaction the last time I ordered from this location. My medicine worked and kept me safe. But I wanted to try again and they definitely didn’t earn my next visit. I would say this must be a joke but my money was not. And no I did not eat anything and donated it to my trash

Ordered a large Pepperoni with Half Extra Olives and Half Extra mushrooms. The Mushroom side had maybe 4 or 5 mushrooms per slice, definitely a regular amount and the entire pizza was Unnecessarily spicy, like someone added hot sauce for some weird reason. I think I'm done with Pizza Hut.
