Came in for a Christmas party we really enjoyed ourselves. Had a really good steak and mashed potatoes and a great dessert and salad. All the staff was kind and friendly. Looks like they serve all sorts of things and have a bar area and it seem to be pretty popular.

Might be the most inconsistent place I've ever been to. I've came here a lot and it's been quick and the food has been delicious. Tonight has been a different story. Walked in and it took over 10 minutes for someone to even acknowledge us to seat us. Once seated outside, 30 minutes go by and not 1 waiter or waitress came to get our order for our drinks. Meanwhile they are tending to other tables all around us. Finally someone comes and gets our drink order. A couple also comes outside and gets sat and within 5 minutes has their waters and order taken while we still don't have our drinks. After we finally got our drinks we had to wait almost 45 minutes for our food and while waiting we had no one come to us for refills or to check up on us. Finally we get our wings and we were gave no paper towels and we still had not seen our waiter since we had got our drinks. As we're finishing up we finally see our waiter and she's over sitting down at the corner table talking to people and vaping while we have had empty waters for 30 minutes. And then it took forever for us to get the check and for them to take it. This is the worst service at a restraunt I've ever had.

Three strikes your out. The first time we visited Raines on Broadway it took forever to get our drinks & food. Service was horrible but we were with a group so we tossed it up to being busy. The second time we visited it was worse. We couldn’t get our drinks or place a food order. We tried for over 30 minutes to place an order then the kitchen help came out & told our waitress not to take any more food orders because they were closing the kitchen. So we left and went elsewhere where we could get good service. Then today we tried again. There was one other couple in there & their food was being delivered to them so we thought this time it would be better. But no luck. It took a while to get our drinks & place a food order. We waited over 30 minutes for chicken wraps & fries. It’s a shame because it is a nice atmosphere & food is good. But service is horrible. Maybe it’s time for new management because others have left similar reviews.

If I come in and order two 1/2 of wings and two sides of fries, this is what I expect. Not 1lb and two sides of fries. These were going to different locations! I am highly upset! Went back in and they told me that 1/2lb is 6 drumettes. No they should be on separate plates like I ordered. I haven’t been in a couple of months. Now I am debating about ever going back! Do not I repeat Do not change an order that was made the way I wanted it!

Wasn’t acknowledged by any staff to get a table. Then when we finally did get spoken to, they told us to find a table but there were none available inside. They told us to just wait until someone left. We felt like we were just in the way.

It was the best of times. It was the worst of times. Our server tried her hardest, for she was 1 of 2. We waited over an hour for our food. But my fish and chips were so good, the batter? Crispy. The fries? The best amount of chewy. Will consider visiting again.

1 hour 15 minutes since order was placed. No food. No refills. The table full of drunk people being very loud had plenty of shots brought out tho. Tables sat way after us had food long before us. Our ticket was lost. Wasn't worth the wait Edit. Food came and the sweet lady running and expediting food brought our food out and was unaware of the wait we had or that our order ticket was ever even lost. She was very sweet and even gave my friend a slice of cake since it was/is his birthday. But then the waitress came and tried to charge us for the cake. They then argued about it and jennifer just couldn't understand the problem or why she was trying to give us a slice of cake. Trinity (hope i got her name right) was amazing tho. We will definitely come back just because of her. She promised that this doesn't normally happen and I'll update and change my review based on the next visit.

Waited an hour and a half for food. Waitress lost ticket. Acted like it wasn’t a big deal. No refills. And even argues with a plate runner at our table because she was apologizing for our wait. The only great thing about this restaurant was the employee TRINITY she went above and made sure we were finally taken care of. Even brought us a piece of cake for my birth day (and the waitress even tried to charge us for it) thank you Trinity for making our not so great first experience a little better.

My husband and I tried coming here a few weeks ago and when we walked in we was told yall was closed, but yet there is hardly anything that shows the exact time of when yall actually close, and the open sign was still on! And there was several people inside so didn’t look too closed to me, we don’t plan to return! The 2 girls just stared at us from behind the bar and didn’t say a word until we was about to sit down! Please do better.
