Went to Raines on Broadway for the first time Thursday night and it was a awful experience. I sat down at 7:18 and 2 hours later was still waiting on our food. The waitress was sweet, but couldn't let us know anything about our order. She finally said for some reason the kitchen staff kept moving our ticket to the back of the line. There wasn't a manager there, and I haven't been able to get a call to go through to let one know our experience. The wings tasted good but were very small. And our cheese sticks came out 10 minute's after our meal. We'll never go back!

My first time here and I luvd it. The cooks and bartenders are awesome. Not to mention the atmosphere. It's a beautiful place for a romantic date.

We had a party today for graduation (a quite large party) and there was Angel (the manager) and another waitress and the cook, so 3 total…they also had another party as well that walked in. When I tell you…they were on top of it, they were 100%. We always had full drinks, got our food in a super quick manor given the party size, and everyone was so great! Thank you for the great service. Of course, we’ll definitely be back!

Now please read the entirety of my review before jumping to conclusions. The food on this occasion was horrible, and we waited over an hour for it. (We've been here on multiple occasions) The head chef is a fine young man, came out of his own accord, and apologized for the wait. When he learned I was dissatisfied with my meal...INSTANTLY comped the whole check. Which was totally not necessary, at all. I will be back. Great food, staff, scenery, and an awesome atmosphere. Yall tell Irish I can't wait to see her again!
