every time I've gone in around 5:30 after work to get chicken dinner for the family. all they have is a couple pieces of chicken and maybe 15 or 20 chicken strips. no sides has to be the worst managed chicken house I've ever seen. they're not supposed to close till 8 :00 and they have no food at 5:30

The chicken and biscuits from Raise the Roost inside the 7-Eleven on Newtown Road and Providence are, by far, the worst I've ever had. The chicken was either overcooked and dry, with burnt outsides and —likely due to improper fryer temperatures or incorrect timer settings. The coating was thick and cakey, indicating poor preparation. Even the green beans had no seasoning or taste. I recommend not using salt if you decide to season. To top it off, the bathrooms were in horrible and smelly condition. I would've returned the food if I had time. Thumbs down! I took pictures but you cannot upload

I met the worker who makes the food and he was one of the most nicest people i’ve met in fast food. Chase was so polite and we could tell he works hard to make his customers happy. He was the only person cooking and he let us know it would be a bit before we got our food. It was so nice of him to let us know. Then he came out and gave my 8 year old nephew a toy for waiting. He made my experience so much better with his great attitude!!

If I could give 0 I would 6:30pm they don’t close till 8 the lady took our order of 6 dark pieces w/o even looking to see if they even had it. Took my mothers money then 3 mins later tells us as we are looking around that they don’t have enough to fulfill the order only enough to give us 2 pcs of chicken and that they were done cooking for the night, no manager on duty to talk to, let alone a number to call to be able to speak to a manager, that is theft you should look at how much food you have left before selling it to customers

Good luck with service, I asked for 2 (2 piece dark meals) the boy tells me they only have 1 and some tenders. Doesn’t offer to make it, doesn’t offer anything…it’s mid day dude, so I go somewhere else. Hate people wasting my time due to laziness.
