Hadn't been to red lobster for sometime. Saw some changes in the menu. Disappointed i had to pay extra for a small salad with my meal. That use to be offered as a side . Now you only get one side with the meal instead of two.
I must say that the food was absolutely delicious, but the service was above and beyond. The assistant manager, Marissa, even came to our table and introduced herself and let us know that if there was anything at all that we needed or anything that was unsatisfactory that we could come see her and she would see that it was made so or made right. Usually you never meet management until there is an issue, so this was a nice change. Thank you very much Marissa for a great dining...
My family ate at red lobster this past week and it was terrific. Everything from the food to the service was great and the manager i spoke with I think his name is Matt was so nice.
