We had a wonderful server who provided quick and accurate service to a party of 14-15 people by herself. The food was excellent. This was my first visit here. I will definitly be back.
We had our family Christmas get together at Rigsby’s in their party room. It was perfect! Food was great! Our server, Morgan, was excellent! Faith and Shaun in management helped us tremendously when booking and while we were there. Thank you for making this get together stress free and very enjoyable!

I am from Missouri in town for a fishing tournament. Came to Rigsbys to eat and met a wonderful waitress named Morgan! She took amazing care of our party of 8! She Is a great example of how to treat a customer!

The service and atmosphere were both great. The food however, did not meet expectations. The burger was bloody, unseasoned, and messy. The wings were chewy and underwhelming. Had higher expectations, especially because the establishment was not busy.

Very quick service, but it was the middle of the day on a Monday. Great smokehouse BBQ burger, fries, and house sauce and average price

Restaurantji Recommends
No service. Sat at the table in a less than half empty restaurant for 15 minutes. No server. No drinks. Got stared at when asked about service. Several tables walked out while others were seated and served immediately. Seriously, you’re better off at any gas station. Can’t speak to the food bc we were never served. It smelled average at best, think locally owned Applebees/tacomac quality. Meh
Won’t lie service has went down hill these past few months idk what happened but the one server who always took care of me who I had got told to recommend my first time walking in was a table walking out and told me to request a server named Justin man I’m glad I did cause he always had a great personality and mind set and showed he cared and always did what ever it took to have guest come back every time I come to town this was my go to place I went today the food was just sad service was ok but not very attentive idk restaurants all start with the service and managers and Justin was definitely one the best servers I’ve had sad he ain’t there no more hopefully they can find some servers that actually cared like he did I probably won’t be coming back no more hate it seeing the restaurant slow go downhill

The service was one of the worst I’ve ever had. The food took 25 minutes to come out and my onion rings were cold. Mind you there were about 5 other people in the restaurant. The burger had been sitting so long the cheese was melted off the burger and then dried. The burger was very dry and the toppings tried to save it but it was too far gone. I will not be returning.

I went on Sunday night and ordered a burger, while my partner got the basket of wings and tenders (the Cluck Bucket). I originally got water, but it tasted like dirty tap water, so I ended up switching to a Diet Coke. The lettuce on my burger was soggy and gross, and the burger itself just tasted burnt. My partner’s wings weren’t sauced, though he did enjoy the tenders. We also ordered the pretzel pimento appetizer — we really liked the pretzel itself, but the cheese dip was super greasy, with a puddle of oil on top (I know that can happen when cheese melts, but it just made the appetizer kind of gross). We probably won’t be back. Private equity is ruining America.
