Placed Order Wednesday for home delivery for Thursday. The 3rd party service did not pick up order. Called Thursday night and was told it would be sent Friday. Still no delivery so I got off work early and went to pick it up Friday afternoon. Online chat seemed like they could do something but in the end they did not. Calling is a long process of getting someone to answer the phone is a challenge to say the least. The people at curbside were accommodating but still didn’t fix the issue that I now have of getting the deliver and tip charge cancelled. Order still shows in process. I called again and asked for supervisor only to be connected with someone who was clearly not one. This has been the most time consuming and frustrating experience I have ever had with Sam’s. Questioning if I need to renew my membership in January.

Really good pizza, good selection of drinks, very good browny Sunday. Everything is cheap.The downside for this visit was that it felt understaffed, and the seating was like right but set up for max capacity with no outside seating.

I had a wonderful experience with Josh Crawford at Sam’s Club in Anderson. I was making a purchase and there were a couple of small issues. He went out of his way to accommodate my needs. Thank you Josh. My purchase is perfect.

shout out to you all. I was a recent customer buying food and supplies for my bass fishing team. I had two carts full of stuff and needed more. But I knew I couldn't handle any more. I was checking out; the clerk and I were talking and I mentioned that I still needed to buy meat and bread. She told me to leave my carts there and she'd watch them. When I returned, she had a gentleman there ready to help me out. He took all three carts and would not let me touch them. Then he loaded every single item into my truck and again would not let me lift a finger. I tried to tip him and he refused that as well. This is customer service at it's finest. Absolutely made my day! Excellent job and made an impression on this Kentucky girl

I love sams club for home and my business. However, they recently reset the store and it is not efficient at all. So frustrating when you know where everything is and it’s not there anymore. Especially during this time when you don’t want to be in the store so long.
