My food had a weird taste to it. The bread was terrible and toppings of the pizza were burnt. Cheap food though 👍

Today, I went by Schlotzsky’s to see if they did freebies for birthdays. They do but they do sandwiches. I wanted a Cinnabon at the time. I ordered a Cinnabon and they told me to pull around to the window and pay. And the lady at the window ended up giving me the Cinnabon for free! Thank you so much! It really made my day and my birthday!

Went Wednesday forBoGo pizza and I’ve been SICK as a DOG ever since. Something told me to ASK FOR A REFUND as soon as I seen the guy with black glasses and straight black hair COUGHING all over the eggs he was cutting. He didn’t make my pizza the lady with blondish hair & glasses did. But some loud girl told the guy to come help & he sure did box my food. I’ve been SICK ever since and I work in a hospital and have NOT been sick in 2.5 years. NEED TO WORK ON SANITARY SKILLS ASAP.
We used to have a Schlotzsky's where I live in Columbus, Georgia, but they closed. Now I drag my dad to this one whenever I visit him. I miss Schlotzsky's. It's so good!

I ordered a Turkey Avacodo sandwich with NO onions. I am highly allergic to onions. I opened my sandwich there were onions all over my sandwich and not a glimpse of Avacodo in sight. There excuse was being short staffed. Being short staffed is no excuse. This facility doesn't care about their customers, charges expensive prices, and makes excuses for not providing a high quality product. Go somewhere else if you want your order prepared correctly or if you have food allergies. They don't care!

I had a terrible experience at this location. They were out of every diet drink and tea option, and when I politely requested a refund for the drinks, the manager responded with an attitude. When my food was ready, the manager called my number and carelessly threw my food on the counter.
On top of that, the employees were openly arguing and yelling at each other, which made the entire environment uncomfortable. The place itself is filthy—ceiling tiles covered in dust, a leaking roof—it’s clear that cleanliness is not a priority here. I threw my food away. This place is in serious need of attention, and based on my visit, it honestly should be shut down or at the very least inspected.
