Hopefully some kudos for the HWY81 staff to feel good about what they produce, this week.

My wife and I have been eating Smoking Pig since we lived in Pendleton in 2012. We've now moved to Charleston but still make it part of our stop to get some brisket from you guys whenever we visit family.

The flavor still competes with the BBQ we have access to down in the Low Country like Lewis and Rodney Scotts.

We always have a great experience coming to smokin pig, but today when we came in with a group we didnt have the most pleasent experience as soon as we walked in. The register girl taking our order had the worst attitude and started us out on a sour note. Luckily our server Jaime made up for it with our service afterwards with our drinks filled and boxes ready when we needed. Food was great but you guys need to do better with teaching all of your staff to have positive attitudes to customers.
