On Saturday, December 6, 2025 at 11:54pm, my husband and I were at the drive-thru waiting on an order. I suddenly witnessed a young girl with long, dark hair start to vape after preparing our drinks??!!🫣 She then passed two vape containers to a curly-haired male employee. He tried to hide them near his shirt as he walked near the back of the store. These practices are unacceptable and unsanitary and a good way to pass germs and/or diseases. If you have indoor cameras, you should be able to go back and look at the footage of the time that I specified. They showed no concern that there were customers waiting and possibly watching them prepare our order. I hope that these 2 employees will be corrected for their evil deeds or otherwise, you will lose customers! As I read other people's reviews and the owner's common reply (it seems like the owner is leaving the SAME response for each review), it appears that the complaints are being ignored. I do hope that my review is taken seriously and a proper investigation is done by the store manager and/or owner. Please note that this review has been posted for over a week and there has been no reply from the owner. 🤔 I am not sure what type of shady business this owner is running but DHEC needs to be notified.

Ordered a triple smash burger on the app for pick up at 0845.
Got there they did not have the order. App messed it up (or I did somehow 🤣).
But the person made it right and fast.
They were super nice, professional and fast.
Plus I believe that was the best burger I’ve had anywhere in Anderson.
Haven't been to sonic in years. The hamburgers are half the size they where, fries where also way smaller in physical size. No real flavor anymore. Got a large milkshake that 1/4 of it was the whipped cream. All in all, very disappointed. Spent right at 30.00 for 12.00 worth of food. Very unfortunate.
