Just a 3 because the drive through got my drink wrong then instead of trying to fix it, they just used the same cup that already had caramel in it, that I didn’t order. So then had to go back inside to get my drink fixed.

Terrible customer service!! We usually place an order through the mobile app and every time we arrive at the expected completion time we have to wait 10+ minutes. They don’t even have the ordered started when you arrive at the expected time. That’s the whole point of placing a mobile order!!! “Mel” the employee had the worst attitude and very passive aggressive. I never have this problem with any other location, it’s literally just this location in particular. DO NOT waste your time at this location go to a different one! The employees are rude and terribly slow at their job. The employees act like this is their first week on the job. I don’t ever write a bad review on places but I’ve had countless of bad interactions at this location and want to warn others about it.

Be very very careful when you pick up your coffee. I received a damaged cup and the lid fell off burning my hand. The girl who took my order was great and the coffee is good, but I’m pretty frustrated over the cup.
