Be very very careful when you pick up your coffee. I received a damaged cup and the lid fell off burning my hand. The girl who took my order was great and the coffee is good, but I’m pretty frustrated over the cup.
I stood inside for my mobile orber and no one even looked at me. I stood there for 30 minutes trying to get anyones attention. I had to go through the drive through and had to wait another 20 minutes coffee is cold and half full. I'm pissed

The Starbucks at I-85 gave me the wrong drink even though I corrected the barista when she repeated my order. I drove to this location and the manager in a charge - very kind woman - did not hesitate to remake it for me. Thank you for being my favorite Anderson. 11/13/2024 7:45 am

Clean, calm, and yummy! I greatly enjoy this Starbucks location.
I have been to many locations across the country. I have had the rare occasion of a bit of a wait or a scuffed drink order. However, this location has lines more often than not. It is not uncommon to have to wait 30-40 minutes for a drink order. That is inexcusable regardless of the number of orders. To make matters worse, the baristas are usually cantankerous and seemed bothered to have to interact with you. The worst of all is the quality of the drinks at this location. I have had several different standard drinks off the menu that are totally wrong. They are not made according to starbucks' standards. For instance, I have ordered a vanilla bean frappuccino on more than one occasion that has turned out to be some concoction that resembles that of watered-down skim milk, a bit of ice, and a splash of vanilla extract. The drink is supposed to be sweet and creamy and have a bit of a body. This is just one example. I have experienced this multiple times with other drinks, also. This is a management and training issue. Starbucks standards should be practiced and enforced. The only reason this place continues to see business is the fact that it is in such a busy and convenient location. It is easily the worst starbucks I have ever been to, out of hundreds. District manager, you need to clean house from the top down.

I use to come through here every Sunday and buy a decaf ice coffee and all of a sudden this rude women at the window on 07/28/24 tells me they have never done it and proceeds to be so rude and treat me like I’m stupid and goes,” wellll…. We’ve never done it here soooo….” It amazes me how well they’re paid and how lazy they choose to be. Go to the one down the road off the highway exit. They’re not super rude.
