I ordered two venti mocha Frappuccinos in the drive thru & when I got to the window they tried to hand me two small caramel Frappuccinos. I repeated what my order was & a different person tried to give me the same two caramels again! We finally got what I ordered and my wife & I enjoyed our ride home with this delicious indulgence. 😋

On 7-13-24 at 3:00 pm ... Saturday...I received a Terrible customer service..I requested an Oleato the lady had a terrible attitude bad humor, face... Terrible aperience....the guy terrible...he did not know prepare de coffe...he gave me the cup with all the coffe spread out...terrible... there young people don't like to work efficiently and happiness. .. I will never come back.

“Q” at the Ingles’ Starbucks in Anderson is THE BEST!! He’s always smiling, and so friendly & fun. He cracks jokes and makes you smile no matter what kind of day you’re having or mood you’re in! If only everyone was like this guy!! Excellent customer service!! BY FAR the BEST employee at any Starbucks I’ve ever been to. I’d give him a 10 star if I could!
