On 7-13-24 at 3:00 pm ... Saturday...I received a Terrible customer service..I requested an Oleato the lady had a terrible attitude bad humor, face... Terrible aperience....the guy terrible...he did not know prepare de coffe...he gave me the cup with all the coffe spread out...terrible... there young people don't like to work efficiently and happiness. .. I will never come back.

Ordered a frappe with vanilla syrup...was asked if I wanted a Vanilla Bean to which I said, NO,a frappe with extra Vanilla. I was handed a Vanilla Bean, then she argued with me....I walked away with the wrong drink because.............

“Q” at the Ingles’ Starbucks in Anderson is THE BEST!! He’s always smiling, and so friendly & fun. He cracks jokes and makes you smile no matter what kind of day you’re having or mood you’re in! If only everyone was like this guy!! Excellent customer service!! BY FAR the BEST employee at any Starbucks I’ve ever been to. I’d give him a 10 star if I could!

And i just read his name finally "Q" at the starbucks in ingles in Anderson SC- yall better keep him and move him all the way to the top bc they dont come better than this ambitious young man !

They coffee was ok, they don't have (blonde) for uypur coffee. You can't pay through the app or use the scan off the app to get your points. The service was fast and friendly.

A lot of people in the reviews aren’t understanding that this is the Starbucks inside INGLES, the grocery store. But the service is always great, employees are super sweet and fast and often won’t charge you for extra customizations
