This Starbucks is great. The staff are usually friendly, promptly and accurately prepare orders. The convenience of this location being within Ingles is a big plus.

Firstly, the nice lady with the braids greeted me by calling me friend and telling me I looked pretty. I'm a simple girl; this made me very happy. Great first impression :)Secondly, I had trouble deciding which lavender drink I wanted, and they were so helpful! The cashier along with another barista both took the time to explain the different choices to me and offered to remake the drink if I was not satisfied.Thirdly, they were kind enough to bring my drink to me. I have a broken foot and am only able to walk around with a clunky walking device. I didn't even ask them to bring me my drink; they just made it so fast, I had just barely made it to my table to set my things down by the time they had finished it. My lavender oatmilk latte was super yummy tooMy only complaint is that the music was a tad bit too loud given the acoustics of the place, but it was enjoyable music, so not a big deal

Wheelchair accessibility: 3 handicapped parking spots, right by the level floored parking lot. Both doors open, allowing for a wheelchair to get in. Large tables that would allow for a wheelchair & co to fit.

I visited here this summer in August. The young man who fixed my coffee was professional, courteous, and engaging. He made eye-contact and made me feel that he valued my patronage. This is a great location in Anderson for a good cup of coffee.
