Y'all need help it shouldn't take 30 minutes for 3 drinks, I could of made my drinks faster. Thanks have a wonderful day.
They won't give you the $.10 reusable cup discount on anything but brewed coffee. I presented my cup for a peppermint mocha - they insisted on using a paper cup, no discount, no stars. I asked them about it and they said that's just the policy there. My order was correct other than that, but the coffee's too expensive to deny customerals the standard perks. Plus, I go to Starbucks to sit quietly and enjoy it with a book or my laptop... and this is the Ingles set-up with hard chairs in the middle of the store - no secluded options or outlets. Then a man sat down near me who was muttering profanities endlessly.... This location is not for me!
The girls were doing their best. They had no espresso machine and it was the day before thanksgiving. They kept a smile and ice coffee was delicious

Lady who took our order was very sassy and passive aggressive. Out of a few things early in the day. Only 2 stars because the young lady with glasses was very nice with our drinks.

The male supervisor is such a big idiot.Around 1 pm on 6/16, I stopped with my family to order drinks and snacks. After returning a drink that was made incorrectly, that employee decided to scold me in front of other customers when I grabbed a thick straw for my daughter's drink. "Those straws are for the drinks with pearls and you did not order one". C'mon,really? I am a business owner and I explained him that he should never argue with customers in front of other customers, not to mention for such a silly issue. He did not apologize and said "I am sorry if you feel that way". Wow, Starbucks should rethink their hiring and promoting processes. This person does not deserve to be working in customer service. Such a bad image for a company with high standards and reputation like Starbucks. I have got those thick straws in more than a dozen locations in GA and I was never mistreated this way. I also called Starbucks customer service and filed a complain, so leadership knows the kind of people they have working behind the counter.

I never have liked Starbucks and try to give it two or three chances but that last one honey you going to have to give me my money back I went to the drive-thru I turned around the building after taking one drink went right back through the drive-thru and I had to get a refund and I can make milk and water in my home and I don't even drink milk or water and what's sad I didn't order that either I ordered a latte despise that place Mick frappe from McDonald's with extra shot of espresso and extra drizzle bass anything Starbucks has will have has had and ever will make ever and that's just p e r i o d.

Plenty of parking in the grocery store parking lot. Friendly and efficient staff. Had issues with seasonal items not available (cold brew and pumpkin cold foam) which was a bit disappointing, but I suppose that is to be expected with seasonal items. The shaken espresso was tasty!
