80% of the time when I come here the staff has an attitude. It's this superior undertone and it's really getting old. I think I might stop coming to this location if it doesn't undergo an attitude adjustment.

I just literally went there and you expect when you pay in $11 for a coffee that at least it’s gonna be clean. She literally hang me the coffee full of caramel on the outside and then when I told her about it, she gave me napkins for me to clean up, but just the one who made the mess why would I have to clean her mess up and then on top of that I was waiting 10 minutes for a coffee and a grilled cheese that’s insane. I’ve been in a lot of Starbucks before but this one it’s unacceptable. This will be a little bit more clean and have a better customer service for sure, never coming back here again and I definitely don’t recommend this place or anybody

Possibly the best Starbucks in the area. Staff is always nice and welcoming. It’s nice to come here on my lunch break for an afternoon pick me up and grab a grilled cheese on sourdough. Thanks for being a good place where I can chill out for 30 minutes.

I came in for my bday drink. I have been buying Starbucks since I could drive! I don't want to admit it...but I turned 40 today. I've been giving them money every year for TWENTY- FOUR YEARS. They would not give me a FIVE DOLLAR coffee for my bday because I haven't been using the stupid app! I have been a member since before smartphones existed! I joined online on my laptop before apps even existed! And because I hadn't scanned it, they wouldn't let me have my one free bday drink. They have been going downhill anyways. They no longer offer sugar free drinks so my mother and brother who are type1 diabetics already had to stop coming here. Well... they just lost their 24 year customer over $5. Coyote Coffee and Ecity Java is way better anywhere. As most smaller non-corporate places are! I'm so sick of our better-than-thou-corporate-(A)₩holesale places treating people so rudely. I've spent sssssoooooo much money here. And was going to buy a second drink to take to my bf while he was working and a treat. But instead I'm going to go spend my money somewhere else. All over $5. I even text the corporate chat-bot thinking they would value me as a 24 year long customer and give me the stupid $5 drink. But nope, they don't care, they think they are bigger than me and will be fine without my support. Maybe after they treat enough people like that they will finally go under!

This is the best starbucks ive ever been too! The workers were kind and caring! They listened to my every need! Huge shout out to Morgan and Virgil for making my amazing drinks and taking my order! I suggest this starbucks to everyone! I love it so much I’m here almost every day!

I accidentally made a mobile order for the wrong location, and the VERY kind barista with glasses and red hair made my order for me anyways, despite my being in the incorrect location. I was so thankful!!!
