My wife & I were heading home & decided to enjoy a couple of venti Mocha Frappuccinos. When I got to the window I was handed 2 grande caramel Frappuccinos! Had to wait until they re-made what I ordered & it backed up the line behind me. Still, we enjoyed our venti Mocha Frappuccinos on our drive home.

I keep going here because it’s closest to my home, but the barista’s are not good!!! My favorite drink was made correctly here for months. Now, they can’t get it right. The Lavender Foam is always mixed in with the drink and not sitting on top. One male was there about 3 Sundays ago and he made it perfectly, but I haven’t seen him since. So disappointed 😔.

I had a fantastic experience at this Starbucks, thanks to Mallory, Wesley, and Alyssa! From the moment I walked in, they were friendly, efficient, and made sure my order was perfect. Mallory was super welcoming, Wesley had great attention to detail, and Alyssa made my drink exactly how I like it. The whole team worked together seamlessly, creating a great atmosphere. Definitely my go-to Starbucks—highly recommend!

When I simply ask question mallory, open her mouth and was talking trash i told her answer care for customer service she said she don't care about google review i simply took my money and left. Will never ever do business again with this place.

Mallery took my order and had me wait instead of makeing my drink she had me put on the side for 20 minutes. She did not work with me or try to help me out. Really bad customer service.

I went to Starbucks the other day and this amazing little barista helped me out. A precious little boy named Landon. He helped me with all my questions. I’m just so indecisive and he helped me pick my drink out. I will be returning to this location to hopefully see him again.

Avoid!! Worst Starbucks experience ever. We went in and ordered 4 drinks and received 2 drinks. We let the ladies making drinks know and then we got one of the two drinks. We let the girl who took our order know we hadn’t received one of the drinks because 1.) she had taken the order 2.) she had issues with finding the order in the computer and we knew she would remember 3.) we had already notified the girls making drinks that we were missing two drinks. They fixed the last drink and when handing the drink to me the girl said that next time “it would be nice if” we notified the girls making the drinks and not someone else, who was working on a display. I replied that we had told them that we were missing 2 drinks but only got 1, and it would be nice to get all 4 that were ordered next time, and she said next time it would be nice if the sticker machine was working. Just a completely unneeded comment from a snotty worker with a bad attitude. Seems like someone would have been apologetic since we waited for 40 mins to get all 4 drinks and had to remind them more than once, when we were the only 4 people in the store. The best part was that some sort of manager was in the store the entire time and also offered zero explanation or apology while he had most of the workers doing the display and whatever else. Complete disregard of customer service and I will never go back to this Starbucks again. I would recommend you don’t either.

i went to starbucks today and ordered a venti pink drink with no ice that costed over $7 and it wasn’t even filled up over halfway. They said it wouldn’t be full but they didn’t say it would be under halfway. Disappointed in starbucks so i’ll take my business to Dunkin instead.

I go here for the service and the coffee. Nevertheless, the service on this day was not a pleasant one. I had my daughter on the phone and she heard the rudeness I was met with at the speaker. Fortunately, the interaction at the window was much friendlier. The coffee was amazing as always, though!
