I go here for the service and the coffee. Nevertheless, the service on this day was not a pleasant one. I had my daughter on the phone and she heard the rudeness I was met with at the speaker. Fortunately, the interaction at the window was much friendlier. The coffee was amazing as always, though!

Why is the caramel frappe always out of stock at this store? Why is the selection of SB cups always look like the clearance section of big lots at this store? Why are the hours so different from the Clemson blvd store? Why is online ordering always unavailable at this store when the app offers me some deal like 4 for 20 etc. I live close to this store but I constantly have to drive to either ingles or the Clemson store because of these issues with the 28byp store. Sure it’s new but they need to fix all the issues before I can depend on not letting us down consistently. Nice new store, friendly staff so I’m assuming this is either a management or owner issue.

I go through drive thru almost every morning. I am greeted with the best attitudes, sincere smiles & all around greatest customer service. I am learning there names, they know mine! The coffee is always how I request it, there speed is impeccable. They are a awesome start to my early morning day to work. Thank you ?

I’ve worked at another Starbucks for 3 years so I know the expectations the partners have and they exceed those expectations. These partners are always super friendly, the drinks come out perfect, the speed of service is really good, and the inside and outside is super clean. This store does a fantastic job!
Drinks are so consistent and so good. Customer service is fantastic. My only note is that I wish I could see the partners having more fun!!

I'm really disappointed with our experience at Starbucks today. We placed a simple order: a Trenta cold brew with two shots of espresso, no ice, and a nitro cold brew. However, the staff got it wrong multiple times. Even after repeated attempts to correct it, the mistakes persisted. To top it off, the server, a young African American woman, possibly around 18 years old, had a bad attitude and walked away before we could even address the issue, then had the nerve to ask for a tip. This was unacceptable service.

First off, I come to this location A LOT. The drinks are always great. But, DO NOT USE the ordering ahead. I order ahead and then drive several miles and still get told they just received the order and that I need to wait longer next time. Exactly how much time do they need to keep from me being talked down to? No idea. I'm not sure how they get drinks for people that just order in the drive thru in time, but me ordering in advance throws a wrench in the system. But I'm about over it.
