Whatever lady I just spoke with wouldn’t void an order for a customer said she flat out refused to do it even though the order was meant to be placed at a different location, a different city at that. Poor poor customer service! Good thing I told the customer to dispute it with his bank!!! I’m sure they won’t be ordering from there again.

despite contacting corporate they still refuse to take coupons and their prices are still somehow higher then all other subways in town despite last i checked they should be uniform for a general area meaning it shouldnt be that way in a town like anderson
absolutely wouldnt bother w this location unless you wanna spend more money then necessary the one off 81 across from anmed seems to be the only one ive been to lately worth your time if you want subway

Went in this evening as we git coupons in the mail. We were told the owner doesn't take coupons. If you are going to be under a franchise you need to do as the franchise. From the looks of it this business is struggling, and by the looks of the feedback I can see why. The owner has to be a Democrat as only those type of people don't care.
Very rude will never go back. Messed up my sandwich called lady took name and number went back following week. Questioned me buying a sandwich,etc. continued to wait on other ppl refusing me service. Said I was the being rude!!!!!!! I had another order for my boss to pay for… spent my whole lunch, trying to get my bosses order and mine fixed. She finally made the sandwich and her and the other girl had talked me the entire time they were making it. Never been treated with such disrespect as a customer. And I even bought a drink and chips to go w the replacement sandwich. I asked how many ppl walk in off the street and say my name is on the clip board from last week for an error on my sandwich??!!!!!! Never again.

So my wife and I got a couple of sandwiches to go. The place was not very clean. The sandwich maker was almost hostile. There were flies everywhere and when we got home and opened our sandwiches two flies actually flew out of the wrappers. I couldn’t believe my eyes. Hopefully management can find a better worker than when I was there. She acted as if she was annoyed to have anyone to wait on.

We used to love eating here, great food, thick sandwiches. Now not only do they hide the make area, but there's nothing on the sandwich. We ordered online so we could use a coupon. I added "more" onions, green peppers, lettuce, and tomato to the steak. This is what I got, good tomato slices and scraps of the others. I guess if you intend to get what you want, go in and stand there to make sure. Otherwise you get what he feels like giving you. This is half of an $11 sandwich with 4 added "more" veggies.
