So my wife and I got a couple of sandwiches to go. The place was not very clean. The sandwich maker was almost hostile. There were flies everywhere and when we got home and opened our sandwiches two flies actually flew out of the wrappers. I couldn’t believe my eyes. Hopefully management can find a better worker than when I was there. She acted as if she was annoyed to have anyone to wait on.

We used to love eating here, great food, thick sandwiches. Now not only do they hide the make area, but there's nothing on the sandwich. We ordered online so we could use a coupon. I added "more" onions, green peppers, lettuce, and tomato to the steak. This is what I got, good tomato slices and scraps of the others. I guess if you intend to get what you want, go in and stand there to make sure. Otherwise you get what he feels like giving you. This is half of an $11 sandwich with 4 added "more" veggies.

Was overcharged on my sub tonight $16 for an $11 sub plus I told him extra oil and vinegar he overcharged me and I didn't get my sandwich like I wanted it.

First of all the older man with the beard is always outside smoking and never washes his hands. Then he always tries to feed people samples by HAND like some outdoor market. He hits on minors and called my 9 year old "absolutely beautiful" and tried to feed her from behind the counter. He obviously makes his own employees upset because the tall white guy walked off when the old man gave me a whole sandwich for free and said "don't forget his tip". 110% the weirdest experience. Fire him and let the other guy take over.

Went here and had the worst experience. Usually I don't go here but the store I live close to was shut down because of no power. First of all, the guy working was sitting outside smoking when I came in and came in behind us. He charged me for extra cheese on my sub because the mozzarella was fresh?? I've never heard of that, then I asked if they had tea and they didn't, all their drinks in the machine tasted like they were not ever cleaned properly and overall service was just rude.

Who ever this woman is wants to call my wife stupid for asking if a wrap gets avocado then proceeds to curse at her. I she isnt fired immediately we will be seeking legal action against subway or the franchise owner. 100% unacceptable and we will not step foot back in another subway restaurant

This is Anderson's BEST Subway.
The restaurant is always clean, the food and display is fresh and delicious!
I frequent this location a few times a month, and it's always the same. The staff are friendly, they take pride in preparing each sandwich. Do yourself a favor, and go get a great meal. ?

I got double meat on my sandwich and got maybe 2 pieces of ham and pepperoni on my sandwich. The bathrooms did not work and the place was nasty. It took the lady who made my sandwich about 5 minutes to put all of 2 pieces of meat on my sandwich. Would not recommend 0 stars.

Tried this store again after a year.. (started during 2019/Covid)** THIS location still REFUSES TO HONOR SUBWAY'S OWN COUPONS I receive via mail and won't honor discounts/purchases through the subway app (per employee on prior visit)... There was a sign last time, but not now & you find out when paying. I would have left without paying but wanted to get a survey to fill out and needed something to eat on my lunch break.** The coupons for free drink, cookie, etc & IN App/email discounts/perks are useless if the store owners refuse to honor them. (which is why online orders are immediately cancelled). This meal cost me more money than I expected and it's unfortunate that it impacted the employee's tip, even though they were polite (I hope they find somewhere better to work based on reviews).** THIS Location also still has a sign on the customer bathroom door that the "restroom is out of order" for over a year.** Store at 4409 SC-24, Anderson, SC 29626 has same policy, check google reviews. I've been told previously they know each other and collude on the policy.** Corporate should REVOKE THE FRANCHISE LICENSE FOR THESE 2 STORES (& others in Anderson, SC?) if they continue to not participate in Corporate's Advertising Policy... they can reopen as Patel's Sub Shack or similar. Emailed Corporate as well.

We (Healthcare staff) are giving a negative review due to being disrespected by Subway staff and MANAGER. An order was trying to be called into the organization by a healthcare Provider. The manager told "healthcare staff" that he was NOT taking orders over the phone and HUNG UP after healthcare staff was attempting to place an order. ***side note- A kind individual was on the inside of Subway ready to pay for food*** (Manager was aware of this information). Healthcare staff called back 10 times to try to speak with a manager about incident. NO ONE PICKED UP THE PHONE! Healthcare staff called back from a different number and Subway staff picked up. Healthcare staff asked for managers name to discuss incident and get issue resolved; however, individual was very rude, verbally disrespectful, judgemental, offensive, condescending, and "Nasty acting". He would not provide managers name or information asked. (Ironically the person I was speaking with was actually the manager stating " I'm not giving you my name because I do not know you"). This is unprofessional and unexceptable being that he is the manager and NOT providing information that is warranted to customers when they have an issue. It is also unexceptable being that we were prepared to spend money with an organization that behaves in this embarrassing manner. The kind individual who was buying our food was also told that subway was not taking orders inside. Staff was very rude to this individaul also. Approximately $200.00 was going to be spent. If this is how you treat customers, we will make sure the whole community knows how RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL, AND UNPROFESSIONAL Subway at this location is towards valuable customers.

Parking: As a resident in this city who also serves this community with quality care I will never shop at this location or recommend anyone to shop at this location.. EVER!!
