Whoever the guy working today that made my bmt WITHOUT cooking the bacon, and then proceeding to not know about an online order being placed by my husband walking in and saying he’s there for THE ORDER, really needs to be retained or find another job. Also, i get i didn’t want my sub toasted but i asked for bacon and guess what? YOU STILL HAVE TO COOK THE BACON BEFORE SERVING IT TO A CUSTOMER. Needless to say if i get food poisoning i will be calling corporate. Thanks ☺️

I regularly go here as it’s one of the only places local to my work that I can get lunch at, and usually I don’t have problems, but if I order in store it can take up to 20-25 minutes depending on volume at the time. I have encountered a few problems recently, however… on one occasion I had ordered online, and as my default store is set to this one my order was sent here, but I live 14 miles away from here and was unable to cancel the order as their phone number in the app and on google is incorrect/disconnected. The second issue happened today and is what prompted this: I had ordered online for myself and a co-worker, and parts of our order were missing, which we did not catch as the workers had sealed the bag with stickers. We were shorted a drink and 1/4 of our food worth approximately totaling 10$ of stuff that I paid for but did not get.

The owner is a pretty decent guy, so I feel that if the workers were to take more care when making the orders and ensure everything is made correctly and nothing is missing, their ratings might go up quite a bit. Should things improve, I’ll edit this.

I dont even wanna put one star down on this reveiw let alone half a star. I am so upset with how me and my mother called this specific subway 15 times and each time we could hear the phone being picked up and hung up. I feel that this is unacceptable not only from a customer point of view, but from a manager point of view. I was trying to cal and make sure my sandwich was made the way i had ordered it previously but it still came with jalapenos and onions, which I am highly allergic to.By the way (Side Note). And not only did I keep getting a hung up on by the number I called, but there was a second number listed. That wasn't even in service. That's all I have to say about that.

They do not have enough staff to attend to the orders.

They were waiting at the place since I was standing and I sat down to wait and the person who arrived after my ate was given. Then someone else attended. that's not fair lack of staff And they do not respect the order of arrival.

Okay so food not bad the wait is crazy. There only one person working with a big line of people and it’s not fair for only one person to be working when there is a line out of the door not to mention all the online orders they might have.

customer service is very bad , they will never pick up your phone call when something is wrong you would have to go firgue things out in person. I definitely don’t recommend this subway .

If you order on the app do NOT expect it to be ready by the pickup time haha. Def plan to wait when you get there. That being said, the staff usually hook up the subs (& sometimes complimentary cookies for the wait!).

I don’t recommend this subway to anyone. My boyfriend and I put in for an online order last night, which they didn’t start on until AFTER we got there. There were 2 other customers max who also got their order before us, which is absolutely ridiculous. At least one of them clearly a walk-in. There were a total of 3 employees. They has the new guy making the orders and the other two were cleaning and making it very obvious that it was inconvenient for us to be there to them. Very unwelcoming space, the lady working last night also walked outside very dramatically to hit her vape as if she had the hardest job in the world. They failed to inform us of what they were missing the complete the order, and the avacado I got on my sandwhich is clearly old. Making my sub un-enjoyable at all. No wonder this place has 3 stars. The only nice employee was the new guy, and we highly appreciated the cookie he tossed in with our order. Everything else though, absolutely ridiculous and will not be returning.

If I could give a minus 0 I promise I would. I ordered a honey mustard BBQ chicken foot long tonight and got home and there was absolutely no meat on it at all... The bread was hard and so was cookies. I tried calling to leave message and it kept hanging up on me. Someone better make this right. This is bullshit.
