The drive thru hasn’t been opened in weeks. No sign on it to let you know. So you sit until you decide to drive to the window…where the out of order sign is located. No one visible in the building from the window. Not sure who owns this franchise but it’s a disgrace! If you make the mistake of going inside. No straws or large cups but they charge you for the large size. If you mention it they say they are out of the size cup and that’s it. They close at odd hours even when they are supposed to be open. I’ll drive to a different location rather than eat here! Too much of a hassle to work around their schedule!
Anthony is always working alone and doing a great job. Very clean fast and friendly.

Tried to order through the drive thru bc my baby was in the back seat asleep. I was the only costumer there. The lady told me I would have to come inside to order. How hard is it to take someone’s order and make the sandwich?

In the past, I didn't like what I got from this place. But I decided to stop today. BEST DECISION. The lady that fixed and sold the sandwich was Fatima. Great customer service and amazing sandwiches!! Loved it!

WARNING DO NOT USE THEIR CATERING. I placed a catering order and 30 minutes before it was time to pick it up, the order got canceled. It was for 10 turkey sandwiches. How can you not fulfill 10 sandwiches? Complete TRASH. Never coming here again. There are way too many restaurants out there to deal with unprofessional, trash service like this dump.

My father recently visited to this Subway and tried to place an order.One of the employees was ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! His appearance was NOT the only problem! His attitude was the MAJOR offense!First of all he ignored my dad … who was only one of two customers in the place! My father was treated with total DISRESPECT!!When my dad inquired about placing his order … after waiting while the employee finally decided to wait on the customer that came in AFTER him.. the employee SLAMMED THE BREAD ON THE COUNTER AND WALKED AWAY .. HE ACTUALLY WALKED AWAY!!THIS TYPE OF BEHAVIOR WILL NOT BE TOLERATED!!!My dad is an 80 years old contributing member of the community and he expects to be treated with respect and dignity!!This restaurant needs to be under new management or closed immediately.We DESERVE better!!

I always eat at this subway. But it's gone downhill. Today's visit the had no ice. The meat didn't look good. I also saw a bug climbing down the wall. Water in the floor not clean.
If they changed their hours, they really need to put up a new sign. And the employees could stand to learn better customer service. The sign said it closed at 10 pm; I went there a little after 7 and read the sign before i walked in. The two employees just stared at me and let me get up to the counter to see that the sandwich meats and toppings were put away. And then finally said they were closing after I told the person I was with that they must be closing.

Served a sandwich to me on yesterday's burnt bread taste nasty won't be ordering here again
