Ordered through Mobil App. Food was not ready. 2 employees in the back, one up front. Left cheee off my sandwich. Added pepperoni to another. Tamara told her manager I threw food at her. Lamar confirmed I didn't. Supervisor did not communicate today about the food mistakes or about the terrible service.

I’m baffled as to why companies post hiring signs, and you may even overhear employees taking about staff shortage and such.. The problem is when you have qualified candidates that are repeatedly being given the run around.. I say that to say, SUBWAY!!!!!!! located on Pearman Dairy across from Burger King, don’t complain about staff shortages when you are clearly false advertising hiring!!

Didn't eat the food from here bc I bought it for a homeless person, went through the drive thru so I can't rate atmosphere, but seems like every subway I ever go to, at least one employee, when there's more than one, are rude. I've tried overlooking it and being even nicer than I already am but it makes no difference.

The worker just stood in the lobby looking at us didn't come to the intercom so I drove around to the window and he just stood there playing with his gloves. When he noticed us he stepped back to conceal himself but we could still see him.

They charged me almost $15 dollars for one footlong sub and they said they couldn't print my recipt. On the app the sub I ordered was only $11.12 with tax on the app could the owner please explain why I was over charged!!!

Christy there is very rude and don’t know how to leave her at home business at home. I walked in and she was helping someone else I was like okay no problem I’ll wait. But remind you I’m a AAA driver so I didn’t have much time. After she got done making the other customers food and cashing them out she told me it was gonna be a minute before she would make my food. The she’s grabs her phone walks to the back of the store and then comes back out and goes and talks to someone out in the dining room and talks to some kid. Just goes to should the GREAT customer service is. I wouldn’t recommend this subway if you want to be treated rudely.
