Wish I could leave 0 reviews to be honest the location has roaches and the woman who works there is extremely rude have no clue how she still has a job most of the time she’s on her phone ignoring customer on top of that she takes advantage of the elderly-I’ll explain it ask for a tip after you try and pay this old man couldn’t see very well and thought his card wasn’t working she looked over and hit the highest tip option and told him to “try now” that’s absolutely disgraceful and it’s stealing

If i could leave 0 stars I would!! Let's start with when we walked in we got completely ignored no hello no nothing so we waited to order while waiting someone else walks in tell me why she took there order when we was in the establishment first and in line. The lady's name was DEE she was very rude and in my opinion should not be working with customer service at all. Another couple came In while we were ordering and she was ignoring them and rude to them as well. She has a major attitude problem to be working with the public. Money wasted in my opinion we will not be returning if she continues to work there!!

Convenient location, but I wish the service was better. I won't be coming back to this location for the following reason:Tonight (12/31/23) I went to get 2 footlongs with a coupon. I did not mention I had a coupon from the beginning, but the lady working did not think "Hmm this one guy is getting 2 sandwiches, maybe he's going to try to use a coupon. I should ask." I didn't even want two of the same sandwiches, I chose not to say anything as to not make her night more difficult than it already was. I get it that it sucks to work on New Years, but I'm not the one making you work, I just want some food.At the end I show my coupon, and she says flatly "We don't take coupons." I say "That would've been nice to know before you made these sandwiches." She says "Do you want them or not?" I buy the sandwiches full price so they don't get thrown away. No signage or anything stating they don't take coupons. Is it a walmart policy? Is your scanner not working? No explanation as to why, just "We don't take coupons here."Not taking coupons is fine, I just wish I knew from the beginning so I could go to the other location on N Main St.I get that it sucks working at night, and especially on NYE but don't just tell me I have to pay $21 for two sandwiches just because your night isn't going how you want it to.

We entered at 11:30, but we saw no staff. After a few minutes, the lady came in from the back, looking aggravated. We ordered (4) footling meatballs on white bread, heated, not toasted.She took out ONE loaf and I said, “We had four footling meatballs.”She rudely replied, “I only make one at a time. When it was time to heat it, I said, “heated, not toasted, she began to toast it anyway and told me it was the same thing. I told her I specifically wanted for the bread NOT to toasted. She took it out and threw it in the microwave. My husband asked her name and refused the food.She said,” you don’t need to worry about my name.” She wouldn’t even give me her managers name and number. Instead, she said,” Bye, get the hell out.”We had went and found a manager inside Walmart to report it and see if we could find out anything about the girl’s manager, but the Walmart manager didn’t know who it was.

If it was possible to leave 0 stars I would, me and my boyfriend always go to this subway it’s very convenient for us. And I’ve noticed each day the lady working her attitude is more and more negative. Now I’ve worked in many restaurants myself some days are better than others, but in this case when I stand there with a line of people behind me and the lady working is nowhere to be found but yet you can always hear her on the phone with friends or whoever she’s cutting up with its very unprofessional behavior. Yes you’re welcome to have fun at work I always encourage people having fun but when you don’t have anything set up and nothing ready then it’s not time to cut up and joke around it’s time to get busy and get your job done. After waiting a good 10-15 mins to even have my order taken the lovely gentleman behind me was talked down to by this lady he asked her simple questions and she was extremely rude to this elderly gentleman, now I work in healthcare and I know if it was her grandparents being talked to in such a manner she would go ballistic. Needless to say we will not be coming back to this establishment

There is a woman working here that us very rude. At 1:50PM, July 6th, 2023, we went to Walmart. We come here often, and sometimes we check to see who us working that day. If it is this woman, we don't go in. But today we really wanted something before we shop. She was rude and acted in a non professional way. She seemed angry like she didn't want to make the subs. She gave looks and talked back and we are considering not coming back at all. She doesn't have a name tag, and she seems unapproachable.

I'm a huge fan of Subway but here lately they skimp on everything! The last time I went I asked for ranch on my wrap and it was empty the girl stood there and acted like it bothered her to get a new bottle. (like it was something she was going to have to do anyway) Not only that but she put 1 piece of bacon on my wrap. Her rudeness was not appreciated!!
