This was the worst meatball sub I ever had he took 2 meatballs put them in the microwave and put it on the sandwich added 1 piece of provolone I asked for oregano he didn't put it on and never asked what kind of bread I wanted and probably because the bread was old and stale I ate one bite than gave it to my pup I'll just keep going to firehouse subs

Will never come back. Sandwiches were not good. . Hardly any meat or veggies on them. Do not order online. You need to watch what they are putting on and insist on more . They are not being honest to their customers.
This Subway location now has the distinction of giving the least amount of meat on a sandwich I've ever had. I ordered 2 footlongs, an All American club and a Philly Cheesesteak. Both had less than half the meat as normal. I've been eating at Subway restaurants for 35 years.

I got a coupon in the mail and went to go use it. It didn't go through, and I didn't catch it in time when I told the guy he said there was nothing he could do.

Lettuce was brown, spinach had mold on it, when I pointed this out to the girl working today around 10:30am she said no it's not!!! I said honey I work in produce and yes that is mold on the spinach. Her reply was no!! Will never go back to this store!! Went to another subway and had great service and product to take with us for a get away day.

The store hours are supposedly till 10. We went at 9 and were informed that we could order subs but would have to get them to go, that the dining room was closed. We live 45 minutes away so the subs would have been soggy. Spent money on pizza instead.
Awful experience. No meat on sandwich. Girl hangs up phone. Terrible experience.

We usually really enjoy having sandwiches from Subway, but the service is not good. He gives you an eye roll if you ask for anything extra. My husband found a hair is his sandwich. We will be driving the extra and go to the one on Seneca.

Every time I try to come here after work they have the store closed when it doesn’t close until 10pm… either change the store hours or stay open until 10… and don’t even get me started on trying to order from this store.

Google AND sign on door shows closing time is 10 p.m. arrived at 9:10. Door unlocked but upon entering was told they were closed.

So it never fails, every single time I have placed an order through the app, they screw it up big time. we have never one time received an order that was correct. Tonight I ordered 4 foot longs. the app clearly shows what goes on the sandwich. 2 sandwich were missing pepperoni, one sandwich was supposed to be dry, it had mayo, honey mustard and vinegar and oil on it. one was supposed to be light lettuce. it was extra extra lettuce and had honey mustard on it which I did not order. 2 sandwiches were supposed to have avocado and neither had it. basically every sandwich was flooded with vinegar and oil and honey mustard which was not on the order. these people are clueless idiots. oh and finally they had a BOGO deal and that location don't accept any of the subway promotions ever. this place is the biggest joke ive ever seen in a subway. these people have to be baby sat in order to get your sandwich correct. what an F'n joke.
