It took me 45 minutes to get my food and I ended up waiting long because they left something out of my order. They also only had one person making food orders. Will not be back if they look busy again.
After the hurricane, our power was out & our entire fridge spoiled. We tried to make ends meet with what we had at home but unfortunately after working all week we were a bit unprepared leaving us to venture out to find food. We chose Taco Bell as it was the least packed (still very busy though) and ordered inside. I felt so bad for the workers, I can’t imagine having to be at work servicing tons of people, some who are not so nice, instead of being with my family. Despite the crowd & the amount of food people was ordering… I never seen the employees have an attitude once. They were so quick to get our food prepared and to help everyone that was waiting. I can’t thank them enough.
Called the store to see if they were open and able to serve food since my whole neighborhood has no power, door dash has them listed as able to order for pick up, and I can't cook anything to feed my kids. Was rudely told no and hung up on. 0/10 taco bell do better.

This place randomly closes the grill so you can't order an hour before closing. They are also high and the place is unsanitary.

The drive thru only allows one mobile order. This store maybe not be a good choice if you have mobility issues and are using a drive thru because it is accessible. The manager was nice about it but the cashier wasn't and the policy is bad.
