I want to start out by stating that my food was hot and it was not bad.
I did struggle some with the kiosk when ordering my food. I personally believe someone should be at the counter greeting and helping customers when ordering food (may be old fashion).
I also had to wait about ten minutes for three soft shell tacos and they were not that busy. They had one to go order several pick up orders in front of me. In all fairness, once one of the associates seen me standing there, she asked what I had and made my order immediately.
Overall not bad and the food was not bad. If not for the items listed above I would have given this review a 4 star.

The woman running the drive through this evening on New Year's Eve did and always does an outstanding job. She definitely needs a raise. As a Door Dasher, I was waiting on 3 orders and I was out of there within 20 minutes. That is literally unheard of anywhere else in this entire town. Furthermore, I came back for food later, and I was in and out within 15 minutes, while there was nearly 20 cars in line. For Gods sake, give her a raise.
With all that being said, the kitchen staff also did amazing! Without them keeping up, she would be struggling, and without her keeping up, they would be struggling. This entire establishment literally kept Anderson fed this evening.

The crew at exactly 1:24 am was amazing!! Me and my fiance placed a mobile order and were greeted very kindly, spoken to with manner, they said “you’re welcome” (served us with a smile etc.) Ky was amazing and we left with a smile on our face due to how he served us!! Everyone follow Kys example!! Not coming after everyone but serve wise he was amazing, I haven’t gotten service like that from anyone in a while! Ky if you’re seeing this I hope you have an amazing day and get everything you want in life!!

Quatina S who took my order was rude, impolite, unprofessional and she rushed me to order when they were not busy. She took a rude tone with me when I asked questions and spoke down to me. My food was right but it was average at most. The workers need an attitude check for sure. This is not the first time i’ve had this experience it’s happened at least the last 3-5 times i’ve been. 1/5 service will not be back.

The food was good. The service was only average. It is clean and quiet inside.
We went through the drive through at almost midnight after a concert, and we had to wait longer for the person in front of us to order, then we did to get our food. Fast food that is actually fast and fresh...if it didn't cost almost $30.00 for one taco, two chalupas and a taco salad at TACO BELL it would have been the perfect trip!
