Do not order delivery after 10 because you’re likely to not get your food till 11 or later because your delivery driver will probably not wait for your food, then if you call you will be greeted with someone with an attitude worst customer service I’ve experienced in a while it’s sad

Employee in the restroom didn't lock the door so I accidentally walked in on him taking a dump. Then immediately walks out without washing his hands. Absolutely disgusting. Definitely won't EVER eat here.

Went through drive thru at about 12:20 the lady at the window was rude even went as far as jumping at us as we pulled off I didn’t catch her name but both females in the drive thru where very rude

Beware! I went through the drive-thru. In the transaction, I didn’t notice that that employee didn’t give me back my credit card. The next day when I noticed my card missing, I called and they had it. I also checked my account and noticed someone used my card to buy their own meal later in the day. I spoke with the assistant(?) manager who told me the general manager (who is also her mother?) would call me. 3 weeks later, no call. I’ve called twice and talked to perhaps the most unhelpful people I’ve ever spoken to. Their employees stole from me, they don’t really care.
Three times this week I stopped at this Taco Bell. Each time I ordered and paid to add steak and potatoes to my burritos and I did not get them any of those times. I even went inside to order on the kiosk in case I wasn't heard correctly. So I paid extra for extra toppings on two different burritos and never got them. There is no excuse when the screen is directly in front of their faces and they only need to read the added items. I'm just glad the food still tasted good.

Taco Bell manager called the police on me & I was put on trespass because I held up the line in the drive-thru by asking to add 2 soft shell tacos to my order. I was told that you cannot add additional items at the window & that if I wanted to I have to drive back around. The manager said it was policy. I don’t know her name because she was not wearing a name tag. I was treated unfairly as a customer. The manager was so frustrated by me asking for corporate contact info which she refused to provide. I’ve been a long time customer of Taco Bell. I even worked for Taco Bell in the past. Taco Bell in Anderson SC (3152 N. Main St Anderson SC, 29621).
