Every time we visit Earles’ restaurant it’s always consistent. Food is great, service is excellent and the timeliness is fantastic. We will continue dining here above all the other restaurants in Anderson.

We had takeaway on Thursday night & we’re so impressed, we went back for a sit down dinner with more family on Friday night. Service was excellent! Food was excellent! Wonderful flavour combinations, cooked to perfection, refreshingly different! We live 9 hours away, but will be back when we are in the area!

We have been three times now. The front staff is ok. They are friendly-ish. Could work on it but get the job done. Cool atmosphere under the bridge. We have had three different waiters/waitresses and have been very lucky each time. All have been super friendly and knowledgeable and done a great job. Food has been excellent each time. We have tried different things and been very pleased. Both our teen boys have loved the food as well. My only complaint is the bar. We are wine drinkers and they do the most stingy and ridiculously small wine pours ever. So much that we probably won’t go back. If I am paying $11 for a glass of wine, you should at least have the decency to give me the 5-6 ounce pour I am paying for. Someone needs to go ahead and buy the jiggers for the bar staff to measure a pour. Because they either think that 3 ounces is double what it is, or someone there is trying to cut corners in a ridiculous way. Its sad for you to have such good food and service and not even be able to pour a modest glass of wine. Food is great, but if you want wine, go somewhere else who will give you a decent glass with your meal.

Food was very good. Service was also very good. What wasn't good was an $8.00 fee labeled Liability An Act of and a $3.61 additional service fee added to my bill. You could say that it was my fault for not looking at the bill closely before adding a 20% tip. This meant that I was was tipping an additional $2.40 to the fees added onto my bill. I ended up giving 37% gratuity. It is a decent restaurant but I feel as though I had been deceived and will never go there again out of principle.

I hesitate to give great reviews because I don’t want to have to fight a crowd but these folks deserve it. We have been several times for lunch and dinner. It’s where we take friends and family. The food is great and the service is exceptional. Our first time there was during lunch when graduations were being celebrated. They were busy but we didn’t feel that the service suffered. Our waitress was very apologetic and insisted on comping dessert. “No no we are full” She brought it to go! We have never been disappointed and it’s our “ go to” when we have out of town guests.

A group of us ate at Earle Street on a Friday night. The food, ambiance, and service were good. I had Salmon and collard greens.

We were there tonight (11/4) to celebrate my wife's birthday. After a short wait, we were seated outside in a dimly lit area. We used our phones to be able to read the menus. We ordered drinks and finally got them. Ordered 2 appetizers. One came within 5 minutes, the other about 10 minutes later. Then, we were asked for entree orders. Got those about 45 minutes later, but the place was not busy. The food was OK, not great. The service was some of the worst I've ever experienced. I'm an excellent tipper normally. Not tonight. Spend your money elsewhere in my opinion.

Our group of 4 dined on a recent Saturday night. The food was great, but the staff vibe was weird. The hostess made no eye contact and slapped down our cutlery when she showed us to our table. Our waitress took down several requests which did not seem to be conveyed to the kitchen.

We love this place. The food is always outstanding. The restaurant is old with it's original brick walls. We love to sit outside underneath the bridge. Just a neat place to sit. Lots of seating space and tables. It's quite a large restaurant, the waiters and waitresses we've had have left us with good experiences. We always take our guests who visit from out of town here. Go. You won't be sorry.

I've been to Anderson many times, even worked there a lot, but tonight my wife went for a few night just for a short get away. I never tried this place. Glad we did. Great food, but even better service. Summer was our waitress. She was fantastic. She looked extremely busy yet still checked in on us to be one hundred percent certain we had everything we need and we're completely satisfied. She definitely sets a high standard for what servers should aspire to. If I've had better service, I can't remember it. She was excellent. The Meatloaf was a little different but great. My wife loved her pulled pork sandwich and collards. We also splurged on jalapeno cornbread bites and Earle Street Nachos. Both were superb. Looks like I'll be coming back to Anderson sooner than I thought.

Thanksgiving dinner was awesome as was the fried chicken! It was very busy, as you can imagine, but, the service was excellent. They also have Sunday dinners as well as Mothers and Fathers Day dinners. Oh, and the tea is very good. The correct name is the Earle Street Kitchen and Bar, 134 Earle Street, Anderson, SC...downtown.

Outstanding restaurant. Food was great, salmon was exceptional. Others thought chicken fried chicken was best they ever had. Service was great with friendly staff. Seated us early while we waited for rest of party.
