Let them know is advance we would be there with a group of 9 ( 6 adults and 3 toddlers) arrived and waited outside while groups the same size and larger went in and sat. Finally got the text that we could come wait at number 4 for another 20 plus minutes while more were seated. Finally we are seated at this raised table with one elderly person with a walker. And they didn't like where we had to put the walker kept moving it. Well you sat us.there. No where for highchairs. The space was so small you couldn't use the booster seats they offered. The adults would have had to stand. They didn't offer the kids any crayons or menus. They brought one basket of bread. They did bring more. I just didn't like the fact that we were basically shoved into this small area. It was impossible to eat. We had no room to move. I'm sure they had a larger space to put us. But I guess the others that came after us got those seats. Just next time your staff should look at whom they are seating and make sure it is accessible for all. And that you have room to move and enjoy the meal that we paid for. I'm sure the tip was nice because you added it on yourself. Just try better next time. It was not a very nice experience. Cramped, uncomfortable, small just didn't work at all.

The steak salad left something to be desired. The steak pieces looked like scraps. The rest was good. The onion blossom was good! Tea was sweet. The service was excellent!

We’ve dined at Texas Roadhouse many times and have always loved it, but this time we didn’t even get the chance to eat. It was my boyfriend and I’s anniversary and decided we would go on a Wednesday night and eat. It was pretty busy for a Wednesday, so I went in and asked the host how long of a wait it was and if I could get put on the wait list. She told me the wait was 0-10 minutes. So she placed me on the waitlist and told me to stand at the number 5 waiting spot. I went back to my car to get my boyfriend and 1 year old. We went in and stood at the spot. 20 minutes go by and we start to get a little antsy since she said the wait was 0-10 minutes. We patiently watched party after party get sat before us. Big parties and even small parties of 2. I went and asked the host when we would be next to be sat and she said it shouldn’t be long, just when a table for our party size opens up. Which i did not understand since it was 2 adults and 1 child and watched many 2 tops get sat that came in after us. We watched people come in, get on the waitlist and get sat within 2-3 minutes. We waited for a total of 50 minutes, mind you with a 1 year old, and decided to leave. We love Texas Roadhouse and have never had this issue before. Don’t know what exactly happened but all in all, we were very disappointed.

Their steaks have went downhill lately. Pretty tough with gristle. I used to love the yeast rolls, but now they’re so tiny that they’re hard

My first visit to this location. Steak was cooked to order. Ceasar salad seemed a little skimpy compaired to the Taylors resturaunt. No biggie. Had the cheesecake and it was fantastic. Manager came over to talk.

I haven't been to TR in years but after tonight I have a new regular place! The food was great, best country fried steak I've had in years. It's more reasonably priced than takeout but the customer service is what put it over the top! Especially for takeout, they don't mess around. They make sure your order is correct before you leave...no getting home to find a wrong, missing or cold order. I'll definitely be back and recommend!

Our waitress tonight Sarah was amazing! She got our order right and was very attentive and kind. She said she was still kinda new but you couldn’t tell at all! One of our best experiences we have had at Texas Roadhouse!
