It was great when the first opened. The coffee is good. However my husband didn't get what he ordered. When they have food it's good but it's become rather mainstream. I loved the speakeasy vibe but now it's just a bunch of people with laptops. The pastries are good but that's all you get unless you happen to know their changing dining times.

We loved the atmosphere. The wine and beer and cocktail selection were fabulous. The pasta was home made but I could not eat the whole menu because the seconds have been all seafood and I am allergic. It was definitely a fine dining experience but for 200 $ for 2 person without alternatives to seafood we go next time for coffee and snacks. But don't get me wrong. We loved it

This restaurant is a fantastic addition to the Anderson dining scene and has quickly become a favorite for my husband and me! We enjoy the atmosphere. We love the wait staff. We savor the flavors of every dish we eat! We appreciate the eclectic beverage selections! I highly recommend this restaurant!

I’ve been here numerous times for during the day coffee. It’s a great spot to do some work or meet with someone and enjoys a quality coffee shop experience.Recently my wife and I did their dinner experience and I was quite impressed.The food is exceptional. I’m no connoisseur of Italian but I know good food when I get it. The pasta and sauces are made fresh in house. From wines, cocktails and appetizers to entrees and desserts everything was delicious.The staff is also very friendly, attentive, and informative.Be aware reservations are preferred and this is a high-end food and dining experience priced accordingly.Kid-friendliness: Not a place for young kids.Wheelchair accessibility: Easy street level entry on the front side of the building.

Great coffee, great environment, great service!
This is my all time favorite place to study. So many outlets!! It’s amazing!! I can never find a place to plug in my computer at other coffee shops, but at The Common House this is not an issue.WiFi is also very good. The atmosphere is cozy and studious dark academia, and the baristas are very friendly. The upstairs area is a great place to study with friends, and the couches are extremely comfortable. The coffee is always delicious and I have also enjoyed some beautiful latte art. 11/10Dietary restrictions: They have different options for those who are dairy free, their oat milk lattes are superb.Parking: In front of the coffee shop there is a good about of 2 hour street parking, but across a small grass field from the coffee shop there is a free community parking lot which is great if you plan on camping out there for work or study.

Everything about the common house is amazing. food is literally to die for, service is always top notch, and the whole ambiance ties everything together to be the biggest vibe in anderson. I'd recommend this place in anderson over anything else any day, seriously gotta go check it out. Their menu always highlights new things and the features specialty items that are exclusive. Honestly the best place in anderson.
