The food here is amazing. Chef Josh has a few staple menu items and a rotating menu of specials that are always fantastic. Try the short rib or the scallops with spaetzle. Hes also got a nice cocktail menu and a good selection of other drinks. It's definitely one of the top restaurants in Anderson.

We sat at the bar for dinner and Victoria served us. Service was perfect - attentive, competent, and friendly. Food was extraordinary, all of it without exception. These folks at the Fickle Palate really know what they are doing.

Can’t say enough good things about this establishment. It was a perfect meal tonight! The 18oz bone-in angus ribeye special hit the spot like nothing else. Beautiful crust, medium rare perfection, fat was expertly rendered…it was a challenge to not start gnawing on the bone!
The blueberry jalapeno margarita was a knockout - well balanced and refreshing. Big shoutout to the bartender for her knowledge and hospitality!
