It is Dennys. The melthouse isn't a thing it is just Dennys. Not a metaphor, it is literally Dennys. If you go there you will arrive at Dennys. Dennys is good but i wanted to try something different nit get tricked into driving to Dennys.

My first and last time ordering from them! I ordered the hot mess melt, it only had meat and cheese, the cheese wasn't even melted. They were out of fries and onion rings, they only had 2 drink options available, I ordered the dessert they have it was dry and didn't look appetizing. I don't recommend

I ordered thru DoorDash, and doordashes policy is that you can’t get a refund if the order has already been prepared. They didn’t have fries and want us to get a refund for our order if we want a different side because of “inventory.” Although it’s a combo…. Terrible service in my opinion.

I would like to post a review for my very favorite waitress on the staff at this location in Anderson SC. Miss Nay is by far my favorite waitress that I have experienced. I go to this location almost every week after I get out of church on Sunday. She is a great waitress and she doesn't even have to write anything down. She remembers my order and always brings it right and if there are any problems she always makes it right. There are other fantastic waitresses at this location, but if I can, I always ask to be seated in her area. Thank you for keeping her on staff and for keeping our stomachs full. I tell you that there are many other restaurants that we could go to like IHOP or others, but my choice continues to be Denny's because of the great help and courtesy that Miss Nay gives. I would give her 5 stars rating. Thank you

When they get your order right and the quality is decent, it's absolutely delicious. But majority of the time they are going to mess up your order. If I could find a restaurant in Anderson that can make a hot mess melt without onions, I'd never eat here again. And good luck trying to call anyone to get any kind of help. Luckily Doordash has been adamant about taking care of the issue everytime. I wish they'd do a better job because their sandwiches are some of the best I ever had when it's right.

I got the brisket sandwich combo, on the door dash app, with fries and a drink. had no fries and wheni finally went to lunch, the bread was dripping with butter. a brisket is already a fatty meat so why put it on bread with that much butter? never eat here again!

The Hot Mess was a HOT MESS! Advertised as slowed roasted beef with caramelized onions and sharp white cheddar on a grilled artesian bread….. Sounded good…. What I got was soggy toast with dried beef with half a slice of melted cheese and literally a single sliver of onion!

This is NOT even funny... this is DENNYS and you can't pick up ONLY door dash that charged $75 for 4 sandwiches that had burnt dried meat that didn't half cover the bread!! Hot MESS isn't worth ANYTHING
