No wonder they are rated number one on Trip Advisor for BBQ in Anderson. It's a coin toss for me to decide between pulled pork, brisket, and ribs. Excellent sides as well. They do a lot for the community and law enforcement, so check them out!

10 out of 10....We had The Pompous Pig cater our son's rehearsal dinner for 65 people. They did a Low Country Boil, with Banana Pudding and Apple Cobbler. The food was served on time and hot, and it was absolutely fabulous. They were very professional, courteous, prompt with responses, and just good people. I’m Ellen Bowen Bechard. I had a very pleasant experience. I purchased a half side of ribs and banana pudding. Ribs were perfectly cooked and tasty. The pudding was, as always, great. Best place to eat ribs! Definitely recommend.
