One of the nicest places to work with and the most talented creation of a cake we received from The Sweetery! This cake could not have been more perfect to celebrate our daughter’s graduation from nursing school!

First and foremost, everyone was so kind and friendly. To be honest, we stopped in to look knowing the prices would be higher than just going to a grocery store, but we were looking for something special and for a special lady. We needed an Italian sweet Creme Cake, and the Sweetery came through for us. For around $25, we were able to order a small cake that was a perfect size for our needs, and boy, oh boy was it delicious! Handicapped parking out front, and to my surprise, they serve food too! Sandwich specials that include a cake slice and plenty of tables. There are also cakes and pies and a variety of cookies ready for purchase.

My husband ordered a cake on 10/15 for my birthday. One word…..DISGUSTING!!! $40 for a little round nasty cake. I’m not sure what made him choose this place, but we are most definitely a one and done!!!!

$10 for a good-sized (8"?) French dip roast beef w/cup of au jus, bbq chips, pickle spear and slice of cake. The sandwich was hot and really good, ready in 10 mins, staff was very nice. Second time eating here, had the Philly Cheese steak the 1st time, equally as good, great place for a great sandwich at a decent price.

I love The Sweetery!! The owner is a dear friend of mine from my childhood! Jane is efficient, kind, sweet & extremely accommodating. I go there for lunch often and purchase their delicious products as often as possible. Jane’s employees exhibit her outstanding traits!

Absolutely the best Italian cream cake I’ve had. Expensive, though.

We purchased a Banana Split Cake for Labor Day. Unfortunately, after cutting the 4th slice, we found a piece of hair in between the layers. We were advised that proper precautions were taken by wearing hair nets which is great. It could have been an eyelash. However, that doesn't change the fact that hair was IN the cream not on top which is disgusting nonetheless. We advised the store with pictures of uneaten cake and the hair and haven't gotten a follow up response since we were advised of the hair net policy. An offer to replace the cake or issue a refund should have been extended instead of no longer responding to the complaint.
