I’m sorry. But at the Anderson location the rice does not taste fresh. I’ve tried two separate times and it was very hard and dry and gave me a stomach ache. A large portion of the meal is rice. Please take some pride in your work and food and serve fresh quality food. Old rice is dangerous from a food borne illness standpoint as well.

The restaurant was clean. The food was good. I know the staff are just kids, but couldn't they try to be a little friendly? Or at least act respectful? There was one person who acted nice, and I think he must have been the manager. The counter staff stood with their backs to me talking to each other and didn't acknowledge me for a long time. Actually, I'm not sure they ever spoke. The girl just looked at me until I started giving my order. I realize it's just a fast food place basically but there's no reason for rudeness. I'm blame their parents but the management has to hold them to a standard of customer service.

Great place to get some tasty food with fast and friendly customer service. The staff were helpful and the atmosphere pleasant. It was clean and neat. My wife and I got the “south of the border bowl”. It was amazing. Try it out. Its amazing. We will be back soon

Took over 15min drive thru for yuca fries Staff was super rude and goofing around was so empty no excuse for the long wait no costumer service at all didn’t even give me my food right Shame Greenville location is so much better

It was good but not up to the standard I'm used to at the Greenville location on Hwy 14. The large bowl was over 2/3 Rice. It was expensive for the amount of chicken and toppings on a huge bowl of yellow rice.
I really enjoyed the original restaurant, and after several disappointing experiences I decided to take a break for a couple of years. Today I was in Anderson and decided to give this location a try, another complete waste of time. The chicken was dry and so were the black beans, the original concept seems to have been lost and now all you get is over priced cafeteria bulk food. There is no passion, another failed attempt at franchising. Do not waste your time or money.

I'm actually writing this from inside the store.. I have been standing in line at the counter waiting for my food for 30 minutes... Not sure what is going on .. all I keep getting is your is coming up soon... I think this is the last time I will be coming here for a long time... I use to like coming here but it's getting ridiculous.

12$ Cuban Sandwich was not what I was expecting more vegetable than meats should just told me yall robbing me I could made that ham and cheese and pickle saamich at home and the service horrible making people wait and not even acknowledging the wait its ridiculous

Update.... delivery service may be responsible but that's never mentioned on your website when order is placed. I went to your website to order, not door dash. No where during the order process mentions 3rd party for delivery. I suggest you remove them from your website because it insinuates you, not them, are providing the delivery
