We arrived around 530pm on Saturday. Hostess was quick to get us seated. Sat at out table for 15 mins with no acknowledgement from anyone. We were about to leave when I decided to let someone know. And that is when Rob the bartender jumped in and offered for us to sit at the bar. Wasnt what we wanted to do at first since it was a beautiful day and we wanted to sit outside. However, Rob and Sam saved the day for this review, which was going to be a 1 star. Rob and Sam are 5 stars all the way, but gave 3 stars to average out our first impressions of being ignored. Not sure we will be back.

Took over an hour to get our food after we ordered it. The salmon was very overcooked. The desserts were awful and took like a half hour to get .The fire thing next to our table was broken.

My husband and I went on Saturday and was told they would not have a table for a least 45 mins but said we could sit inside at the bar we choose to get a drink at the bar and after 20mins the hostess said we could sit at a table inside or she would clean a table outside it would take a few minutes well if we had waited on her to come back and get us we would still be waiting!!!! We sat inside ordered our meal from the bartender and I had full view of kitchen and honestly the food that kept being brought back and threw away due to it being wrong was unbelievable, we saw 6 items tossed in the trash and someone order the nachos and they sat under the light for over 35 mins!! Our burgers were ok alittle dry and I requested no pickles and it came with 4 huge pickles and we ask for truffle fries but got reg fries not very hot!! Severs and other staff running around like it was busy but it was a moderate crowd but not overwhelming like they made it out to be!!! The manager was on her personal cell phone showing 3 other workers something they were laughing and not paying attention to the needs of the customers and I never saw her and anyone go and talk withthe customers that had meals that were incorrect,Very Poor Customer service and not worth the 75.00 that was spent! Would I go back yes I would give them another chance because I love the outdoor patio if we ever get a chance to experience it.

We've been here before for drinks. The view is nice and the weather was beautiful. The food was gross. The burger was overcooked and tasted off. The fries tasted like cheap frozen fries cooked in old oil. We ordered a vodka tonic and got a vodka and soda. Service sucked as well. We won't be back, ever.

Great atmosphere, the food was really good. We ordered calamari, charcuterie board, and a hamburger and fries. The drinks were well made and yummy. A bit high-end and pricey, but worth itParking: The bar is located on top of the parking garageKid-friendliness: This is an adult barWheelchair accessibility: There is an elevator to get to the rooftop

Chef Quinn's blackened salmon on my seasonal salad was on point! Had a great conversation with a mom and son at the bar and got to try the brussels sprouts they'd ordered, a huge, delicious portion. The lady bartender with the li'l voice was friendly and welcoming, and the patio area had a spot with jets of flame shooting up. It was quite the sight on the warmest day we've had this year.Vegetarian options: The vegetarian plate is any three sides, of which the beans and coconut rice and the cabbage slaw with mango looked like real winners. Rather wish you could get brussels sprouts for a third side, but I admit I don't know that they're vegetarian.Dietary restrictions: If you make a reservation online, there's a checklist you can fill out so they can be aware of anything you cannot eat.

We came here for Easter brunch today and were sorely disappointed. We've been to UOTR several times before and had good experiences. This time, however, was horrible. It took an hour and ten minutes for our food. When it finally arrived (after multiple complaints) the grits were so congealed we had to send them back. My husband's fries were cold and soggy and the omelets were very small for $16. Sorry to say, but we will not be back.

We looked forward to dining here. The view was great! However, they were out of a couple of items, ok. Ordered truffle fries and when they came, it was clear that they were not truffle. We asked and finally they admitted that they didn’t have enough truffle for the fries. We waited one hour for our food. The lamb sliders were good, the drinks were good. We may try again, not sure.

We had a party catered there. The staff wasn't aware we were coming. The food was cold and mostly inedible. The price was well over 150 per person and then they added an administrative charge. Definitely don't recommend..go somewhere else for a good meal.

My husband and I tried going to the Up on the Roof in Anderson SC for a nice night out on 03/16/24 @around 6:00. We arrived to be greeted by the rudest hostess ever asking were we planning on dining in we proceeded to tell her yes she told us that they had NO tables and their reservations come first and their bar area was full and wouldn’t even allow us to walk into the bar. There were tables empty everywhere. I have never been treated like this in a restaurant before. If there was a wait we have been allowed to wait at the bar until a table was ready. We left and went elsewhere in Downtown Anderson and had a wonderful night out!

Me and a few girlfriends made a reservation here for a Saturday evening and it was busy , very understandable. We got seated at a table waited about 20 minutes someone brought us some water and said our server would be right with us. We waited another 30 minutes and we had to ask the host if we could get some service because no one came and took our drink order or even food. We got a server finally and all of our food came out wrong , we sent it back and they corrected it no problem. Our drinks were empty and we had to refill our own drinks at a water station meant for the staff. When it came back out the food had no flavor. The best thing on the menu were the drinks. The view is amazing but not worth $20 for nachos. Maybe they can correct this and make it in Anderson.
