This is a true hole in the wall Dinner. Great food best in town service was excellent. Nice clean environment with family friendly folks.

I’m traveling for work and I stopped here for breakfast based on the recommendation from a local. It’s the definition of a treasured hole in the wall restaurant that you’d have to be a local to know about. It wasn’t fancy food, but it was good food. Delicious. What was really striking was the atmosphere. It was like I had just gone to someone’s kitchen to hang out and eat. Everyone there knew each other and talked and so did the owner who was also the cook and the waitress and she did all those things perfectly and simultaneously somehow. She was able to mix up my omelette while discussing local goings on with a patron without skipping a beat. An old guy comes in and just goes to the coffee and pours himself a cup. Another patron does the same and offers me a refill. It’s like you just walked into some family’s kitchen and now they’re your family too. But you get to leave and never see them again if you don’t want to. And you don’t have to do the dishes or feel guilty about it. Great experience overall.

Supercool little hidden away nugget. Valerie and her daughter were serving it up and engaging in this quaint venue. A guest, I assumed to be a regular, had actually covered my bill by the time I went to pay. What a nice surprise that was!?

What a cute and unexpected delight! A wonderful little unpretentious diner with a lovely owner & great service. Food was delicious with a wonderfully simplistic menu of burgers, hot dogs, club sandwiches, & fries. With a smattering of some home cooking like hamburger steaks, deviled eggs, pickled beets & other offerings as well.Please try this little roadside diner-

Valerie's is what I've come to love about mom and pop type Diners. The food was low priced, high quality and plentiful. The ladies were super friendly and personable. I have nothing bad to say about the diner, I on the other hand have the problem, the food was so good that I don't have a big enough belly for all of it. 5 stars all the way. We will be going back.

The two Ladies that runs this establishment is One of the Sweetest People I Ever Meet From the Very First time I Stop by Valerie's Diner they Made Me Feel Like I Have been Knowing them For Years. I'm A contract worker that's in Anderson to the End of this Month. I Wanted to Find A restaurant that Was Close to My Job So I Google Nearest restaurant to Me And Valerie's Diner Came Up, So I Stop by on Lunch Lol I been in Love Since then. Today I Order A Grilled chicken melt And OH MY GOD You talking About delicious the rest is History You Have to try...
