I absolutely love Valerie's Diner!! I live in Piedmont and Mrs. Valerie is the absolute sweetest person! Very nice and vibrant!. Iām traveling for work and I stopped here for breakfast based on the recommendation from a local. Itās the definition of a treasured hole in the wall restaurant that youād have to be a local to know about. It wasnāt fancy food, but it was good food. Delicious. What was really striking was the atmosphere. It was like I had just gone to someoneās kitchen to hang out and eat. Everyone there knew each other and talked and so did the owner who was also the cook and the waitress...
Supercool little hidden away nugget. Valerie and her daughter were serving it up and engaging in this quaint venue. A guest, I assumed to be a regular, had actually covered my bill by the time I went to pay. What a nice surprise that was!?
