I was at location # 814 and saw 1 Roach crawling up the wall and then another walked across the table right by my hand. I didn’t finish my meal at ended up paying for a meal I did not even get to eat. It was very sickening.

The food and service was great. Then someone turned on the juke box so loud I couldn't even hear my husband talk to me.

Well Done 814. Unit looks and smells better every time I come in. Service is great and cooks are fast and clean. Especially like the glove changes and hand washing awareness. Warm greetings make people come back and atmosphere is electric when the juke box is playing and everyone is in the zone.

Visited this establishment this morning because we are OTR drivers. We get in the restaurant it’s super cold, the table is nasty the waitress quickly wiped it off. I ordered a ham and cheese omelet, grits and side of bacon. Well my bacon looked like it was just thrown in my plate from the scraps that was left??? , grits were super cold(not sure why you should keep grits hot) and the omelet was ok. Service was blah, I’m assuming because today was her birthday she acted as if she didn’t want to be there. Long story short restaurants are not paying attention or just don’t care about hygiene. Our waitress kept taking out her phone (not once did she go and wash her hands) and the “manager” stood by and watched the whole staff take out their phones on the line where the food is being prepared. The cook had on gloves but he was on his phone with the same gloves on. I’m just hoping I don’t get sick ??. Also I requested to have new bacon ? cooked and when she brought it out it was thinner than the previous (not the same) not sure why. And my husband said the sweet tea was terrible.
