We had our server melaine. i think that's how you spell it the last 3 times we went. Let me tell you this girl is the fastest the sweetest and the best server I've ever had at a place. I should have taken a picture with her to post it here. Not to mention, the grits are off the chain loved em. Eggs holy wow, they were awesome 👌🏼. Thank you, waffle house. Thank you, staff. yall always make my day. Especially unit 2019 Edit it's aug 28 25. Same server same service love this place love her too she does an amazing job every single time every time.

Waitress was very pleasant. Walked past the cook on the out side coming in restaurant was very quiet . Cook seemed very irritated the waitress tried to cover, saying he always looks that way, but he's never angry. I don't know, his voice and bodied motion said their wise. . When I arrived Myself and the waitress was trying to help me find a place to charge my phone within the 2 minutes of walking in the door the cook asked me at least 3 times if I would beplacing a food order i gave the same Answer of Yes 3 times. When I left. I noticed he was back outside with his cell .I think I figured out why he was irritated.I made him get up and come inside to cook .I am so sorry to inconvenience you at your job

This was the worse experience I had at this waffle house. The food wasn't really good they didn't put extra chili on my hash browns like I ordered. The servers and cook was talking junk about 2 customers that walked out even calling them the N word very unprofessional. Them 2 older ladies need to find another job. My husband even told them that is was the rudest waffle house we've ever been to and we've been to alot of them. This waffle house is located in anderson beside the pizza hut.

I stopped by today to have breakfast with my Dad. Food was great. Tiffany was my server. She provided the best service I have ever had!
So me and my boyfriend went to this Waffle House at about 3 this morning and let me tell you we had the worst service that we have ever had at ANY Waffle House we have ever been to. Well from the first waitress that came over to take our order anyway and her name is JESSICA. The 2 cooks and the other waitress were very nice and respectful. We were not being difficult or belligerent in any way at all. The only thing we asked was if she could have the cooks clean the grill off so no onions from another order got in my food bc I’m allergic to onions. But before that when we got there she didn’t even greet us or ask how we were or anything just “what do yall want to drink” so we said Dr P in to go cups and a coffee. She brought them to the table set them down. I had to ask for cream for my coffee. She was just rude all the way around. If she don’t like her job then maybe she should find another one. The 2 cooks and the other waitress got tips she did NOT. We were just at this same Waffle House last weekend and it was a totally different experience. And JESSICA was not there!
