So me and my boyfriend went to this Waffle House at about 3 this morning and let me tell you we had the worst service that we have ever had at ANY Waffle House we have ever been to. Well from the first waitress that came over to take our order anyway and her name is JESSICA. The 2 cooks and the other waitress were very nice and respectful. We were not being difficult or belligerent in any way at all. The only thing we asked was if she could have the cooks clean the grill off so no onions from another order got in my food bc I’m allergic to onions. But before that when we got there she didn’t even greet us or ask how we were or anything just “what do yall want to drink” so we said Dr P in to go cups and a coffee. She brought them to the table set them down. I had to ask for cream for my coffee. She was just rude all the way around. If she don’t like her job then maybe she should find another one. The 2 cooks and the other waitress got tips she did NOT. We were just at this same Waffle House last weekend and it was a totally different experience. And JESSICA was not there!

3rd shift was on the money. Went in on a rainy night for a cup of coffee and a bite to eat. Best Waffle House in the county. Service was great. Food was prepared exactly as expected. Keep up the good work.
Vegetarian options: Not the best place for a meal that requires vegetables!!! Just saying….

Literally the best Waffle House that I’ve ever been to. The food was super hot and good, the staff though, out of this world. Our waitress was so kind. The person that checked us out, the manager and dang even the staff out back that were on break waved and told us to have a great day. Like- best Waffle House experience in 20 years.

I have been to this particular location twice now in the last few months. First time, I got breakfast- super yum! Second time, all I got was a burger…. ?…. Not only was it not good at all- it was also pretty small for almost $7 (overpriced!)..
All this to say…. Stick with breakfast…

They had half the restaurant blocked off. Our waitress picked up our drink cups with her nasty hands inside the cup and when she refilled my water she used a dirty used Togo cup. Safe to say I was done with my water after watching that. They didn’t really care to use simple food safety precautions. It was obvious that all three staff levers working were definitely on something. I understand Waffle House isn’t k isn’t for being the cleanest, but this experience was taken way too far. I would not recommend this location or ever visit again.

Got off work after 11p tonight. Came to waffle house for a bowl of grits w/cheese & bacon egg cheese melt. Paid the kind waitress $11.40. As the waitress calls out my order. Instead of the cook pulling bacon. He proceeds to take sum burnt bacon he had to the side. Put pieces of it on my melt. And I asked him did he just cook that bacon. He lies & says yes. I told him that I didn't want that bacon. He proceeds to tell me how he is having a bad night. Okaaay & Idc. I don't want the bacon. He tells me I can go elsewhere. I told the nice waitress to give me my money back be4 the cook make me show out in the place. U don't play around wit people food. Cause ur having a bad nite. We work hard for our money & we don't want what the hell u want to give us. Get out ur feelings & do the job at task... WORST NASTY COOK!!

I love Waffle House food and generally have no complaints with their service, as is the case today. But the temperature outside was 59° and they still had the air conditioner on. My wife and I FROZE to death.
Older woman was very rude , the other two men there were talking mad crap about us , laughing and carrying on , simply because we had to go to the car for more money. We order the SAME thing EVERY time and the price is ALWAYS the same ! Had to go to the car for an extra $1 . They found it funny and decided to slam our food down to give it to us, as if they thought they were better than us.

Went there last year.ordered 2 breakfast since i waz hungry. Great coffee service and food..im guna drive back there 17 hours nonstop..gave the waitress a good tip too..friendly prompt courtious..well worth the drive from ny to sc..Hedding back soon..
