The food was cooked fresh and hot. The server assisted with everything I needed. The grill was very dirty, so I made my server aware of this problem. In response, the cook promptly cleaned the grill. However, I did use plastic utensils (I suggest using plastic utensils at all restaurants if possible)

I've been to a lot of Waffle Houses. This was one of the best I've been to. Service was great. Store was clean. Best Texas Bacon Egg and Cheese I've had. Even saw them handle a difficult customer with class and humor. Will definitely return.
